This place was great! Located close to all restaurants, bars, super market, and souvenir shops. Only a few minute walk to the beach. There is a security guard as well by the door so we felt very comfortable staying here. Airbnb was clean and felt very homey. We had a small issue with the lock and Host was super responsive and had it fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Tamarindo!

This is a great unit in a great building. The location is next to everything and very close to the beach with easy access to get there. The unit was very clean. The huge wrap around balcony is a great touch. I would highly recommend this unit and I would happily stay there again.

Our stay was great overall. The space was very spacious and even bigger than we expected, which made it really comfortable for our group. The location was perfect — close to the heart of downtown Tamarindo and easy to get to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The building grounds and pool area could use a bit more upkeep, but overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how convenient and roomy the property was.

We booked a super last minute spring break trip and were delighted that this place was still available. We loved how central this location seemed to be in a town we'd never been to and we were not disappointed. Even though tour guides don't have this as a distinct pick up location, they all came directly to us. Really just wound up being a perfect space for me, my son, and his girlfriend for their freshman year of college spring break. Also, the hosts were super responsive to me dealing with my chaos from booking an international trip on days notice and I appreciated their patience because I knew I was being a bit much.

The stay was great, with location being particularly convenient! Great view from the balcony, with the main attractions being walking distance. Host was super responsive and had great local recommendations.

I loved this place and the location as far as walking to the beach and being close to everything. It was noisy at night which was mentioned in the air b and b information ... other than that we loved it
