Important Notes

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. The villa does not have a generator, but there is a 10,000-liter water reserve.
• Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa due to the surrounding jungle. Please avoid harming them. Leaving food exposed may attract insects.
• The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. Additional cleanings during your stay incur extra charges and must be requested in advance.
• For stays of 7 days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Pool maintenance occurs between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
