Wonderful Vacation Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing time during my vacation stay! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodations to the overall atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and felt right at home. It was the perfect getaway to relax, unwind, and make beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again!

We had the absolute best time staying here! Lupita was such a wonderful and helpful host from start to finish. She made everything so easy and was always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We also loved being able to use the vendors she recommended for our private chef, rentals, and transportation. Everything was seamless and made our trip even more enjoyable. We (group of 9) had an amazing stay! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful, both leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The accommodations were top-tier and exceeded our expectations. The space was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating such a welcoming space. We also took advantage of several of the concierge services (airport transportation to/from Cancun, grocery delivery, and decor services. Each were super easy to coordinate prior to the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. The combination of the beautiful accommodations, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality made this a 5-star stay. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and the host was INCREDIBLY responsive. We locked ourselves out if one room and someone was there in less than 2 minutes. House is exactly as described: lovely pools, well furnished and clean. A great pad for exploring the region.

Villa Meka was absolute Heaven. Not only is it esthetically pleasing, every inch of the house was well used and thought out. The layout was perfect so that everyone was not on top of each other but was still able to interact and have a good time. The rooftop pool is amazing my group loved staying here. The staff was so attentive and friendly. I had a fabulous 40th birthday in Tulum!

The hosts running this Airbnb are by far the most efficient I've dealt with. The home itself was absolutely beautiful. Lots of space for our large group of 10. Pools were beautiful and all the ourdoor spaces were great for relaxing and our evening "Happy Hours". The kitchen table was huge to accommodate all of us for excellent dinners, prepared by Chef Alex. As far as the hosts, Lupita recommended Chef Alex, Doris for transportation and Gavin for a photographer (as this was a milestone family trip). Everyone was excellent at their services and so kind. I've been using Airbnb for many years and this was the best experience I've had. Thank you!

Hosted me and 8 friends for my bachelorette and we had an absolute blast! The communication and hospitality was perfect and made the whole vacation run smooth. Having Doris as our driver was incredible and she made the party continue on every ride - we loved Doris! Overall great house for large groups in Tulum and felt very safe the entire time.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect! The chefs were seriously incredible, always punctual and the food was amazing! They gave us great recommendations as well. Also the driving service was awesome, also always punctual and good with recommendations! Everyone loved the house and the services so much, and the area was very safe. Staying in a house with only girls was a little stressful at first but we couldn’t have felt more safe during our stay. Thank you Lupita as well for always answering quickly and being on top of everything. Highly recommend!

Stayed at this beautiful home for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Such an amazing experience, plenty of room and space to hangout, both pools were amazing! The host was super helpful with amazing recommendations and very responsive! If we visit Tulum again we will be staying here again! Very safe and easy!

My group of 7 friends enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa! We were celebrating a bachelorette party and utilized many of the services arranged by the host Lupita including decorations set-up and grocery delivery before we arrived! She also connected us with a personal driver, from Doris Tours team, who safely got us to every location we had on our itinerary. We also had the personal chef come and cook two meals for us which was also very delicious and convenient! Our trip was smooth from beginning to end thanks to Lupita and everyone else who assisted us! We also felt safe on the property and the rooms and pools were beautiful. 5/5 stars is easy to give to this property, the trip could not have been better.

We had such a great stay at Lupita’s villa in Tulum! The place was super clean, spacious, and felt very open and airy from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed with water jugs and a full walkthrough of the property by Gerard, which was a really nice touch. The villa has a large private parking area, which made things very convenient for us. The pool was a big highlight, our kids absolutely loved it! And there are plenty of spots to relax and tan with sun all day long. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining table for meals together. Lupita was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location is also great—about a 15-minute walk to La Veleta and around 40 minutes to Avenida Tulum. We would definitely book again!

Villa Karol was so cool. The mod style of the architecture made us drool. The sparkling pool and spacious kitchen were key, if you’re like my friends and I you will also see. I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book it. No regrets, I can assure it!

Our stay at Villa Meka was wonderful. Lupita was a very friendly host who sent us recommendations and helped us with booking transportation and beach clubs even befoe we arrived. The space is gorgeous and the beds were very comfy. We had some issues with the hot water working but Lupita was very responsive and had maintence fix the issue right away. We have nothing but wonderful things to stay about our stay in La Veleta in Casa Alma. We were traveling as a family of 5 and found the home to be comfortable, clean, and overly spacious. During our time in Mexico, there was a scare due to the violence and cartel activity on the West Coast. While we were over 25 hours away, Lupita and the home owner stayed in constant contact with us, provided information about local authorities and safety measures, and were exceptionally proactive and protective. This gave us tremendous reassurance. We loved everything about this home, the owner, and the concierge staff who assisted is in big and small wasy.Thank you Casa Alma for the wonderful memories!

We had the most beautiful stay here. The property is incredibly private, spotless, and thoughtfully curated, every detail of the decor felt intentional and elevated. Lupita was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and went above and beyond by helping us book a chef and bartender for our birthday dinner, which we hosted in the stunning outdoor dining space. It truly made the trip unforgettable. The home had everything we needed and more, and the location was perfect, about 15 minutes from the beach strip and restaurants, so it felt peaceful but still convenient. Such a beautiful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Tulum for my bachelorette trip with a group of 10 girls! The home was perfect for a large group, and our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We always felt very safe in the area, which was especially important for our group. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for the perfect setting for such a special trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We took a family trip for my 50th birthday to escape the Siberia of Chicago. It was a short trip with multi generations—grandparents and high school and college aged children. The place was beautiful! It was incredibly peaceful and offered the perfect amount of space to allow for downtime and get together time. We sat at the island for breakfast and snacks, we lounged in the sun next to the pool, and we brought on extra chats from outside for a movie night. It was chilly the weekend we were there. It was perfect for worshiping the sun and bike riding but not quite warm enough to swim. Lupita was a godsend. She arranged our bikes and scooter rental, put us in touch with the airport shuttle, and recommended a restaurant our first night. If you like the way this incredible villa looks in the photos, this is what you’ll get.

This place was beyond what we could even imagine. Reviews and pictures truly do not do it justice!! We went for a bachelorette party and I do not know what I would've done without Lupita and her team. They helped us navigate EVERYTHING! Transportation, reservations, private boat party as well as connecting us with Alex at The Nomad who provided all of our meals and cocktails! We will definitely be back!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa, which was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The place is exceptional, very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The host was remarkably kind from start to finish. She helped us a lot with the organization of transportation as well as planning several activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I had an amazing stay at Lupita’s beautiful home in Tulum. The house itself is stunning — stylish, comfortable, and exactly as described. Lupita was a fantastic host and an excellent communicator throughout my stay, which made everything seamless. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a great base for exploring. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Had an amazing stay. Kids loved the pool (backyard is amazing) and Lupita and Gerard were amazing helping us get set up with a rental car, airport transfer, chef, and other experiences. Would highly recommend. One thing to note - the three upstairs bedrooms are only connected to the main floor by an external staircase which we didn’t realize in advance - it ended up working out okay but was a little tricky with small kids.

Came for a Christmas vacation with my teenage boys and my mother. We had a group of 6. The house was more than enough room. Everyone had private space. We were greeted by a local host with shots of tequila and a bottle in the kitchen. Location is excellent for getting through the downtown & beach clubs. The house itself was absolutely amazing. Excellent design and has everything you need.

Awesome place and nice people

I'm afraid to book another place in Tulum because I've felt right at home the few of times I've been there. It's very obvious that the host has poured heart and soul in this place, and by God, what an excellent space. Honestly, I spend more time in the house than out and about. Not that there aren't excellent places to visit to eat, dance the night away, and sightsee, but... Why? I usually travel with friends and family and we prefer to stay and enjoy the gorgeous and intimate patio setting; grill at the back or have their cheff cook us an amazing local meal. Lupita is a fantastic host and undoubtedly one of the best I've had the good fortune of interacting with.

We had an amazing stay at Lupita’s home! The house was beautiful, very clean, close to town, felt very safe, and had everything we needed. We came for a bachelorette party with 10 girls and I can’t say enough how helpful Lupita was with organizing activities for our trip. Great spot! Went for a bachelorette party. Two things to know- the pool on the rooftop doesn’t have sitting space in the sun, so we had some people in the pool, some in the patio across the hall. Second, the water from the sinks/showers are saltwater. Otherwise, an amazing spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away, which made exploring the area super convenient. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to relax. The large pool was a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both lounging and swimming throughout the day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. This is a wonderful place in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The home is beautifully appointed very secure and has a great pool. We felt very comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the accommodation. The hosts communicated clearly and in a timely manner relieving all anxiety that could accompany checking in and out. A definite venue when we come back to Tulum.

First off, if you’re thinking about booking this villa, do it! My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip in Tulum and it was everything and more. The space is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of areas to hang out and relax. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made it perfect for a group stay. The location is ideal as it is walkable and close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Super convenient! The host was amazing and very communicative, flexible, and made everything seamless for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible. We were here for my bachelorette party in August. Lupita was so responsive and helpful! Lupita really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! She helped us coordinate groceries, drivers, decorations etc. The place itself was perfect for us (9 girls). I highly recommend bringing extra bug spray - we got tore up but nothing they could have done about it. Overall we truly loved staying here and would 100% come back!

I recently had my bachelorette at Alma House and I can confidently say this place is worth staying at. From the start, we were treated like guests. Lupita, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. She helped me plan all of our activities both inside and outside of the house. Everything from a yacht experience, private chef, bartending, cenotes adventure, transportation, and even restaurant reservations. She truly made the entire experience seamless. When we arrived at the Airbnb, the house was clean and we were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us a tour and explained everything we needed to know. The house has a gated entrance, which made us feel very safe, a big priority for us. There was also a convenience store just 2 to 3 blocks away, which came in handy during our stay. Anytime we needed anything, Lupita was just a phone call away. My girls and I had so much fun and truly enjoyed our stay. I 100 percent recommend Casa Alma.

This house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works very well. We had enough beach towels and showers. The pool is really beautiful and clean, a nice size, lit at night. The table outside allowed us to have a good time. It is very safe because there are electric wires to keep out strangers. This house is a two-minute walk from the main street of La Valleta district. There are plenty of small restaurants and bars that are affordable compared to the hotel area. The streets are neglected, there is some pollution, but it's the same everywhere in Tulum. The only slightly negative point, the house does not have a dishwasher and it is poorly equipped in the kitchen but for our part, we did not plan to eat there much, only our lunches and 3 dinners so it was ok. If there was anything we needed, I texted Lupita and I had it all quickly.

Lupita even went to the grocery store when we had run out of stuff for us! The home was amazing and I wish I could have stayed forever! Lupita was amazing as was this place. we had one issue that we wanted resolved (not a big deal). In order to address any potential inconvenience (there's wasn't one really) she brought us a chef to make us breakfast. And it wasn't a normal breakfast it was 5*. Wow, topped off the stay in a big way. thanks.

We rented the Airbnb for my wife’s 40th birthday and Lupita had everything set up beautifully. She also set our whole itinerary up as well making the trip stress free. The villa was private and amazing matching the photos perfectly. This is a must book property and we will be back again.

We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Mecca — I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and seamless experience in Tulum! The villa itself is stunning — modern, super clean, and spacious. We were a group of seven girls, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready, their own bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Our host, went above and beyond before and during our stay. She was so kind and responsive, She coordinated our transportation, and helped us book a private chef and bartender who had everything set up before we arrived  and did our grocery shopping. It was the most welcoming start to our weekend! The location was perfect and about 15 minutes ( in early May) each night to get to the beach club area.  We loved our taxi driver, Walter,  Lupita connected us with. He was  prompt, friendly, and super reliable. The two pools at the villa were a dream, the rooftop was our favorite for sun.

WOW WOW WOW! What a house & host! Right from booking Lupita reached out to me and communication was seamless and very responsive right from the beginning until we checked out. Lupita home is amazing and so gorgeous. She also helped me book various vendors for a private dinner in her home to organising a Mariachi Band as a surprise for the bride to be on our trip! Really loved Villa Casa Alma, we had a great time during our four day trip. The place looks great and the pools are in great condition. Multiple areas inside and outside to hang out and have fun with friends/family. The location is just what we were looking for so we could do local walkable things during the day (drink, eat, enjoy the house) and then use a driver service / taxi to get to the beach clubs for a day at the beach or for something fun in the evening. Lupita and her crew made the stay easy.

Lupita was a super host! She was very responsive, helpful and kind. She made sure we were taken care of! All 8 of us were very satisfied with our stay! We each had a nice room with an en-suite bathroom, and had lots of space to gather and also our own privacy. Lupita did not lack anything when it came to hosting and we would highly recommend a stay at any of her locations! We were very grateful.

We had a great stay ... the house is as gorgeous as the photos. Lupita and team were always very responsive, both before we reached and during our stay. Our check-in with Gabriela was super friendly and informative ... a great start to the trip. The house is on a peaceful lane (with a person at the lane entrance 24/7), and the neighbourhood is lush, safe, and serene. Gorgeous home, central (though you need a bike/vehicle) to beaches and Tulum central ... but neighborhood shops, convenience stores, restaurants are within walking distance.

this house and lupita were above and beyond!! we booked for my bachelorette weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. lupita was so helpful and made our time there smooth and wonderful. she also gave great recommendations! bartender alex from nomad sip, and chef jonathan and his team from chef karens company came to the villa a couple nights, and they were all absolutely phenomenal! the location was also close to cenotes and downtown night life, which was super convenient. this was easily an 11/10 stay that our whole group would highly recommend! thank you, lupita!!🤍

Had the most incredible girl's trip at Casa Alma. The property was incredible as was the host, Lupita. Everything was clean and pristine and exactly as described. From the 2 pools and the beautiful, inviting outdoor space, we never wanted to leave. Will definitely be back!

Amazing bachelorette trip at Lupitas place for 8 women! The house is even better in real life than it is in the photos. The lovely sounds of nature in the morning were so peaceful to wake up to. All the essentials were provided and the host was quick to respond to messages. The pool area was just beautiful. The location was great; very walkable to some amazing coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is not staying for longer than 3 nights (I need a full week to fully take in the beautiful experience) thanks so much!

I was skeptical at first because the pictures were professional but it really is that amazing of a place. Having an open kitchen and living concept was perfect and the two pool areas were ideal for the 6 of us. Gabby let us in and showed us the house and gave awesome recommendations for dining. We even ran into her on 7th street and she took us to a food market that had a dozen options which was perfect. I highly recommend this place and area as it made our Tulum trip one to remember.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita provided great information leading up to arrival. The place was exactly as the pictures described. The location was close to restaurants and not far from Centro. Lupita was very responsive to a couple of minor requests. There are a number of great restaurants to chose from in Tulum and none disappointed. Everyone is very friendly. A great experience.

What an amazing home away from home! We were absolutely blown away by the place, it looks exactly like the photos online. Serene pool surrounded with jungle vibes with a warm outdoor shower to top it off. The outdoor dining and kitchen area is also gorgeous. We spent so much time decompressing in all the little serene spots around the property. There are many bars and restaurants nearby as well, but if you want to get to the main tulum strip, it’s about 25 min walk. It’s a very cool one though if you enjoy experiencing the true ambiance of mexican streets. All the best street food is there and many of the recommended bars the host Ricardo recommend were terrific. Extremely clean and they helped us with airport transport and activities as well. Had an amazing time with the whole family, can only hope to be back!

I had a great experience with this host! The villa was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Even when there was a power outage affecting the entire block, the host acted quickly by sending help to resolve the issue right away. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about anything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this villa for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hosting!

Our stay at Villa Casa Alma was wonderful. It was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and was easy to get a cab. The patio space was our favorite place to hang out and the rooms were all large and spacious with their own bathrooms attached. The only thing that is not described is the primary bedroom is on the first floor with kitchen and living room. To access the 3 other bedrooms/bathrooms you have to go outside of the house to go upstairs, only a minor inconvenience but worth noting. We will definitely stay again if we return to Tulum.

Lupita's place and her hospitality and helpfulness exceeded our expectations and we felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, the public roads are bad, especially after rain. We were prepared for this, but it still took a lot more time to use the streets and was partly adventurous. For this, the area is quiet. There was no construction noise and we felt very safe.

beautiful house in a great location. lots of restaurants in the area and a short walk to downtown. house was clean and modern and the host was very responsive. The road in front of the house was very rough so be prepared for that.

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

Our first time in Tulum! My 79 year old MIL, my 2daughters in 20’s, all enjoyed! Perfectly set up to cook, hang and eat together but has enough space/balconys to get alone time. My girls walked to coffee and bakery every morning, which had excellent pastry, and would go to local bar and get glass of wine at night and walk home! Felt safe! Short drive to beach, Gran Cenote, center of town. Would stay here again!!!! Dirt roads with puddles because its a new neighborhood, adds to the feel of being off the beaten track!

The villa is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend our stay. We were greeted by Ricardo for our check-in. I instantly fell in love with the rooftop infinity pool. We traveled with our college age children and their friends. The villa was designed perfectly to accommodate family time and private time. Lupita is a wonderfully responsive host. We arranged our R/T travel through Doris, who was equally wonderful and responsive. We used her for some of our local transportation as well. Security was not a concern as the villa was located on a private street. Close to beaches and downtown. The house was well organized with a beautiful layout. House works wells for family vacations or friend trips. Would definitely stay again.
