Our stay was incredible. We were here for my bachelorette party in August. Lupita was so responsive and helpful! Lupita really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! She helped us coordinate groceries, drivers, decorations etc. The place itself was perfect for us (9 girls). I highly recommend bringing extra bug spray - we got tore up but nothing they could have done about it. Overall we truly loved staying here and would 100% come back!

There were 3 spiders during my stay in the main bedroom, and the roads to get to the air bnb easily need about 10 extra minutes to get past if you’re in a van because there are so many potholes. Everything else was great with no issue. She was very responsive, and everything was clean.

Lupita is a wonderful host who made our stay in Tulum memorable. She provided a menu of amenities that covered everything from custom tours, transportation, food delivery, local recommendations, and spa services. If something is not on the menu, just ask Lupita and she will make it happen. The house was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Due to the terrible roads in Tulum, I recommend renting ATVs to get to the main roads. Bicycles are also great and are good enough to get to the primary locations including the beach and main road in town. When it rains you will need an ATV or taxi. I recommend this house for anyone looking for a private location close to the beach and town.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. The home was huge and absolutely stunning. Looked even better than the photos. The best part of the experience was Lupita. She was the most proactive and helpful host. Lupita helped book most of our restaurants and experiences and was always responsive. Tulum commonly has power outages, but she was consistently on top of it sending a team member to check on us when the power lines were down (which only happened for brief moments). The home felt very safe with electric fences and its’ secluded neighborhood. It’s not far from La Veleta which has several cute restaurants and cafes. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this airbnb for anyone that is looking for a premium, luxurious, and safe stay in Tulum.

The best part about staying at this house is the host, Lupita. We were a group of eight girls, and we had Lupita set up our transportation services and our excursions, all of which we felt very safe. The house itself was outstanding and beautiful. The living room was more spacious than I thought, and all the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Lupita definitely made this day a 10 out of 10. If you were able to, ask for Doris transportation. Doris was our driver the majority of the trip and she was so flexible, went out of her way to stay with us on a late night, and made sure we were safe. She is an angel. The private chef that Lupita arranged for us was incredible, the food was outstanding, and they made our night so fun! The bartender Lupita also arrange for us made amazing drinks. I was so attentive. He was also so much fun! Thank you so much Lupita and we hope to come back soon!

Fantastic place to stay. Currently, there is still a bumpy road to get to but a short distance from Tulum city center. Large supermarket nearby. House is very private and quiet and ideal base. Host responds very quickly. We would return right away, spent wonderful time. All facilities are provided.

PROS Friendliness of the host and Mrs. Lupita Clean house Clean Alberca and they checked the levels on our driveway They received with a bottle of wine They let out until 2pm by the late entrance CONS light failure that took 2 hours + Delivering afternoon of the house Smaller areas that look like the photo Uber eats does not arrive (2 times failed delivery) as the house is quite hidden Overall recommended for good service
