Lupita's place and her hospitality and helpfulness exceeded our expectations and we felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, the public roads are bad, especially after rain. We were prepared for this, but it still took a lot more time to use the streets and was partly adventurous. For this, the area is quiet. There was no construction noise and we felt very safe.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 7 women and had the perfect amount of space to accommodate everyone. The home was very clean and gorgeous, looking just like the photos. The co-host Lupita was extremely responsive before we arrived to Tulum coordinating transportation, grocery delivery, massages and a private chef. Every vendor was super accommodating and exceeded our expectations. Mario and his team provided the transportation for our entire stay and they were always prompt. The four masseuses provided the most relaxing massages and even set up inside the house because it was pretty hot outside. And lastly Manuel, the chef, made a delicious Italian style lunch with appetizers and three different pastas. We even had some left over for later. All in all this was a smooth stay with clear and prompt communication with no issues. Highly recommend this property! 10/10 experience.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was immaculate, and the attention to detail was remarkable. This was such an amazing experience from the 5 star host to the chef and the bartender! I honestly don’t know where to start, from the beginning they were so helpful with excursions, lounges, restaurants, house decorations, and car service. If you are looking for a full service experience, book this place ASAP! Don’t wait! I will be back. FYI the chef is incredible! David was the best host ever!

Wonderful house and the pool was amaaazing! But the commute everywhere was very inconvenient, the amount that you pay in transportation is almost worth getting a place closer to everything. If you plan on staying at the house the entire trip and enjoying the pool then I TOTALLY recommend. The property manager was soooooo helpful and super responsive. They were wonderful! A+ customer service. If you plan on going out and going to restaurants, consider that the transportation round trip is ABOUT $120 from everything. If you plan on going through their private chef, make sure that you’re aware the price does not match the portion of food. We were afraid to fully enjoy our meal because we didn’t have enough and wanted to make sure everyone had a piece. Overall, the property was fantastic, no complaints! Great customer service.

Lupita and David have a beautiful home in Tulum. It is not in the heart of Tulum, yet it is within walking distance of some lovely areas with restaurants and stores. And the heart of tulum is about a 20 min can ride away (they have a list of numbers of wonderful people to call). We also found our way to the gypsy market and a lovely coffee/smoothie shop run by Paulina! Most of the locals are wonderful. Most of the recommendations by Lupita were spot on. Lovely gracious people. Carmen, who will mostly be on site to help, was absolutely fabulous. It was a lovely time with my family and friends. The home is well equipped and you will LOVE the pool after a long hot day. I will say be cautious when getting rides, booking excursions, etc. Lupita has since severed her relationship with a cruise company she recommended. They exploited our group out of $1385. know the price and make sure you can back out before paying full price. Thank you for helping us navigate that exp, David and Lupita!

The house is highly recommended, Lupitha was always attentive, even since the confirmation of the rent it was put at the best disposal! The house is just like in the pictures! Definitely if you don't hesitate to choose this home!
