The Casa Carolina is very nice; it has all the amenities as advertised, and the staff are very friendly. We loved it and plan to return. They always keep the pool clean, and they are very kind to the guests. Thank you to Maynor and Jimmy for being attentive and providing excellent service. I recommend it 100%.

Advantages: super clean and the house gathers everything you need Disadvantages: more towels are missing, no extra pay for leaving the house, absurd to go to the restaurant or to the sea! It is paid per night $27.60, the pool requires maintenance and the bubbles turn it on only one hour and a Sr has arrived. But overall a recommended place

WOW. Great vacation on a well staffed resort. Everyone seemed to be looking for the extra mile they could do for you. This unit has a gorgeous view of the pool and the beach. The tide pools are worth the trip alone. Internet was fast, and the tv offered access to thousands of movies and channels for poor weather days…or after you’re too sunburned to enjoy the beach any longer.

A beautiful place with ocean views and sunsets , the apartment is carefully designed and equipped to sleep splendidly and cook if you require it and feel more than at home, super ideal for relaxing, sharing with family and friends. The person in charge of receiving us and firingnos was very helpful for instructions about the place, he also helped us with references to get the keys from the car (they stayed inentro) . Great.

The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The pool was also very nice and comfortable, the best part was being able to use the pool overnight as I had a water heater, usually the houses with a pool I have been to is cold water all day and so you can't really enjoy it . The house is well located and Mynor maintains very close communication with us always.

We had the BEST time at San Juan 133 Las Perlas Condominiums at Gran Pacifica Resort! It was close to the beach, restaurant and pool. The views were spectacular! Jeremy and the staff at Gran Pacifica made the entire experience from arranging airport pickup to check out seamless!

Wonderful place to get a vacation

We absolutely loved the place. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the beach. Everyone in Gran Pacific was very kind. We had a very restful weekend.

Gran Pacífica is a gated resort community with a lot of future growth planned. The current amenities include a 9 hole golf course, restaurant, pool, small gym, billiards table, and swimmable beach 11 min drive (or a safe 40 min walk along beach or roads). If you need groceries or other restaurants you need to drive out of the resort towards Managua or other surrounding playas. We brought our own food and had a delicious meal at the Sea Salt restaurant on the property. We were there during the week so it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful views of the walkable rocky ocean coastline. The onsite management team was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place. This is a fantastic find and would recommend it for a few nights to relax and take it easy. The apartment has everything needed for a few nights (kitchen, AC, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms, utensils, and others). The view is spectacular and felt at home and private enough. The house is extremely clean and comfortable to stay at. There are only a few restaurants close by so would recommend you have your own food if you plan to stay a few nights and bring it from home. There's not much around in terms of other businesses, but there is the beach and pool both of which are great. Keep in mind the area is inside a large complex so felt safe and secure. This is a spectacular place and really recommend it.

An excellent place to rest as a family, a place with a lot of tranquility, easily accessible and the Very friendly contact staff, very clear instructions. Just one observation for a beach place and more when you leave on the weekend it is very early check-out time since at 11 am it is very early considering that we arrive to rest. Everything else was excellent. I would rent the house again. Thank you Jeremy!!!!

Jeremy communicates very well and quickly. Very easy to work with. We had no issues at all with the house. Check-in was fast and easy. House was very clean and comfortable. The resort itself is also nice. The security is a bonus, as opposed to renting a spot on the beach, here there is no need to worry about vagrants snooping about. All in all though we only spent one night, we were very satisfied.

A great place to stay

Excellent place, recommended.

Had a lovely but brief stay here with my mom who was visiting Nicaragua for the first time. We definitely loved the view from the 3rd floor and found the condo comfortable and with everything we expected to need while there. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The beach is probably more for surfers than for swimming but the pool is nice and comes with a perfect infinity view. If you do plan on cooking just plan ahead with your shopping since there is not a supermarket anywhere close. Enjoy!

Great house equipped with all you need. Rooms are comfy, AC works wonderfully! TV in the master room and living room equipped with more than enough channels and streaming options. Pool is clean and has daily maintenance. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome Place.

Unlike other beaches in Nicaragua, this one is somewhat secluded. There is still construction taken place around the premise but is not intrusive or loud. Although the beach that's right in front of the hotel is not swimmable(a lot of rocks), the pool is wonderful and there is a secluded beach just about 1 kilometer from there called Playa Azuchiyo where you can get in the water and not be worried about too many rocks. There are no amenities whatsoever there (in Azuchiyo) so make sure to bring a cooler, towels and all that you need for an afternoon swim. There were surfers at the Gran Pacific beach but it is certainly not recommended due to the rocks. Overall, the service is great and the actual suite very clean.

The house is BETTER than the pictures. It's a full-equipped, super clean house. The pool is cleaned every day and everything is in good order. Super nice house! Excellent staff service too!

The social area is perfect, the barbecue area is fully combined with the social area, 100% recommended if you like to cook and socialize.
