The house is large and has everything, but it still looks old and boring. In my experience there, in many places there are much more modern houses at lower prices than this house.

The house needs maintenance, the pool is the only thing that can be saved and can only be used during the day because it only has 2 spotlights and 1 is burned out; the air conditioners do not provide the correct temperature and there are only 2 airs in total, which are for the rooms, and then in the living room and other areas including the third room they do not have any, for that climate it is not worth it, since in the dining room there is only one ceiling fan. I stayed in that complex 4 times and the houses I rented had paper towels, decent-sized soaps, not just pieces of soap, normal-sized hand towels, not mini towels, even in the other houses they left bags for garbage, drinking water and teas, in this house nothing, just soap already used for washing dishes. In other houses it's optional if you want to go to the complex and pay extra there, but in this house it's mandatory. There is definitely no value for money.

The house needs more air conditioning, only 2 rooms had units, the third room has no AC only fans, my brother-in-law cut his foot due to loose ceramic tiles at the bottom of the pool, does not have enough pots to cook and those that are in very poor quality. Generally there are spices at other airbnb locations in have rented before. the house if beautiful but do to the above is not a 10 out of 10.
