The house is exactly as advertised; you get what you pay for. My only recommendation would be regarding the outdoor furniture, which is too worn out, but the stay was very good, and the customer service provided by the people who checked us in was prompt and respectful.

They should communicate the new payment that has to be done in order to have access to the beach, Great peaceful not towards an extra charge for going to the beach, in any case, inform the guest as soon as possible the reservation is made EVEN IF it leaves somewhere of the property information, it is never more clear with the guest.

It was an acceptable experience, we really enjoyed it that it was a Pet Friendly accommodation and above all, the person who contacted us very communicative. However, we did not find it acceptable that in any place it was specified that the air in the living room was not included in the AirBnb rent, in fact we have been in other houses in GP, which included the use of all airs. They also didn't guarantee us purified water, they didn't place the drinking water bottle as they normally do elsewhere, referring to me that the water is potable, which we didn't find it acceptable to risk it. For the GP policy of paying extra, if one wishes to use the beach seems out of place, since the beach is public, and it makes no sense to pay an amount for parts that will not be used if you go on a weekend like the gym or clubhouse for example. Apart from that, the person who gave us the house very friendly and always attentive.

when we headed to the beach as part of the services we are entitled to, the guard told us that we could not leave the property as we were responsible for retiring due to the white bracelet. When we came, they gave that grill only adults and minors gave nothing. Here I am paying for a stay of 2 nights, 3 days of which I have not been able to enjoy because even the air does not work, the refrigerator sounds bad, the house is dusty, which is the service that you are offering. Pesimo, we received a humiliation from the security guard and it still dares to violate the integrity of my honesty by saying that I enter another property.
