Great accommodation, ideal for a family, perfect layout, and a very suitable pool. Location just a short walk to the beach. We had a great stay! A small downside regarding the concierge service, which was not as responsive and available as advertised.

The house is beautiful and spacious, and the view is beautiful. It has everything, and my family and I really enjoyed staying at Casa Tinto. We feel comfortable at all times. Keith was available for any questions and always responded quickly. It has everything close by. Supermarkets and restaurants. And the beach is also very easy to access.

We absolutely loved staying in this fabulous house perched above Playa Grande. Amazing space, really well equipped and the outside area and view is just incredible, whatever the weather!

To say the photos don’t do the view justice is a massive understatement! The view is absolutely spectacular and there isn’t a bad sunset or morning to enjoy every single day. The place is amazing. We felt so peaceful and at home and in paradise. This is an amazing place! Seriously….spectacular spot. BOOK IT!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, because it is absolutely beautiful! We felt at home the moment we got to the house and Marcelo, concierge, was waiting outside to greet us. Marcelo was a 10/10, he helped me to coordinate airport transfers, massages, chef service and had lots of local recommendations. I recommend using Costa Catering for chef services because their food was amazingggg! We also did a cooking class at the airbnb through RLT and that was an incredible experience. The AirBnB is located in an area that is up and coming so there is slight noise from the construction nearby, but it’s at reasonable hours and doesn’t put a damper or the mood at all. I totally recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again in the future.

Hurry up and rent this house: it's a real paradise, with the best view of Playa Grande! The house is large, modern, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped for cooking, well soundproofed and secure, with a sea view from the 4 bedrooms. What can I say about the pool and the outdoor terrace with sea views and sunsets: wow, wow, wow!!! The vegetation makes the courtyard very private: you can't see the neighbors. You can admire the fauna and flora, hear the howler monkeys in the surrounding nature, and see several of them while walking to the beach. We loved the atmosphere in Playa Grande: a long beach in nature, good surfing, good restaurants and surf shops within walking distance of the house. Thank you to Keith, Marcelo and their team for the excellent service: very efficient, personalized and responsive. We liked Marcelo's welcome and recommendations. We stayed here in July: sunshine, no rain, no mosquitoes—it was more than perfect. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible stay! Keith’s home is gorgeous, perfectly decorated, and ideal for families—four master suites with ensuites and multiple outdoor showers made everything easy and comfortable. Marcelo, the concierge, was outstanding. He arranged our golf cart rental, two amazing boat tours (Palo Verde river tour and the Catamaran ocean tour), and fantastic in‑home massages. Chef Kimberly’s cooking was another highlight.We used the golf cart to explore local dining, shops, and the beach. Our group included adults (3) and kids (ages 16, 15, 13, and 11), and everyone had an unforgettable time. We came to enjoy Costa Rica, but this Airbnb ended up being the best part of the trip. Thank you, Keith, for setting such a high standard.

Keith’s place is amazing! It has amazing views from all rooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are comfy. Nice that all rooms have attached bathrooms. The pool is clean and a nice temperature. We had a wonderful week!

Our stay at Casa Salvatico was so fantastic it is hard to put in to words. The house is phenomenal and exceeds the descriptions and photos. The house is gorgeous, the rooms and beds were so comfortable and the pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic! The concierge Marcelo was amazing and so responsive. Playa Grande was the exact right balance of services and amenities with privacy and a much less populated and laid back atmosphere. The beach and restaurants are literally less than a 5 min walk. We will absolutely be back !!

Keith’s place was nothing short of extraordinary. The photos truly matched the description of the place. My family of 8 and I found the place at ease, thanks to the host Marcelo. We fit perfectly in the 4 bedrooms and found them very accommodating. The pool was gorgeous. There are plenty of bugs in the area but this was expected. Be sure to bring bug spray and lots of sunscreen. Pura Vida!

Keith’s place is even better in person than the photos can do justice! With the help of their concierge Marcelo, I was able to easily get to the location and set up activities & catered meals which was a blessing. The A/C is impeccable to beat the Costa Rica heat and I don’t think there was one day that we didn’t spend in the pool. A perfect amount of shade, seating, and sun with a great outdoor entertainment space. Also, the beach and several restaurants being 10 minutes or less away walking was an added bonus! We had a few small hiccups but I was always able to get in touch with Marcelo and he was quick to respond and resolve or the matter resolved itself quickly. If you’re hesitating to book, don’t! This was the perfect mix of “secluded” but safe and near the town.

This place was amazing. Easily accommodated all 7 of us, looked better in person than the pictures. Most important to us was everything we needed was walkable. The beach, restaurants, and activities. The host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

It was a clean, spacious, and very nice home.There was a beach within walking distance, and there were also a few shops nearby, so I had no trouble finding what I needed.I was able to relax and unwind.The pool was also large, and the children were very happy.I would definitely like to visit again.

The home was beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed including beach towels. Our group felt right at home the entire stay - enjoying the pool and the easy to reach beach access just a block away. We had quick replies anytime we had questions, and even had a minor issue with a gate lock that the host was able to have fixed during our stay. The location felt very secure, but had a full gated yard including electronic front gate and an alarm system. Many restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and watching the sunset down by the shore!

This is an incredible stay in an amazing area. The house is better than the photos and the perfect base for exploring the Guanacaste area. Playa Grande is a much more peaceful alternative to Tamarindo with some great restaurants and a lovely beach. The house itself is clean, secure, spacious, and accommodated 2 families of 4 perfectly. The views and outdoor area are fantastic. Marcelo, the concierge was friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we hope to return!

Our family of 6 adults had a lovely stay at Casa Tinto. We enjoyed being off the beaten path yet walkable to some great restaurants. The house was perfect - from the en suite bathrooms to the well-stocked kitchen to the fabulous outdoor areas. We even had a local chef come in and make a dinner for us. Highly recommend.

We had a blast! Great location, friendly property manager was very helpful and accommodating letting us drop our luggage off before check in because we had an early flight arrival.

Property was really nice. Location can't be beat. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Grocery shopping is a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommend renting golf carts if you are not renting a car. They were are to setup transportation to nearby sites on the fly. In house cooking and chef services were a nice highlight. Construction was taking place while we were there and we were not made aware of it. Having someone just walk through the "private" property while you are having a nice time in the pool was not good. Property also ran out of water while we were there, it was remedied within a few hours. Other than these items I would recommend the property.

We had a great time. The house is located close to beaches and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which made it easy to bring surfboards and chairs to the beach. We order groceries ahead of time and everything was at the house when we arrived. On our last day we were fortunate enough to see the baby turtles that had just hatched, attempting their journey into the ocean. That was very special. Overall we loved how relaxing and laid back playa Grande is and having a great rental house made it that much better.

This was exactly what we hoped for. The views of the ocean and jungle are amazing. Beautiful sunsets, lots of birds to wake up to, and all the amenities to be comfortable. Excellent infinity style pool, and felt private. We’d definitely stay here again!

A stunning house! Lots of private spaces for guests. Would be an ideal location for a family friends or small work retreat. I little construction noise but nothing intolerable. I would love to visit again in the future.

Excellent house , very good service

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. We woke up our first night to howler monkey right outside. It was so fun. The place was so enjoyable with the sliding doors and pool. We would definitely stay here again. We did come in on a Friday evening and traffic was horrible. So what should have taken us an hour and fifteen minutes took us at least two hours. Just something to be aware of.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The ocean views and sunset were amazing as was the pool. Couldn’t see or hear any neighbors so quite private and peaceful feeling. Loved the flora and fauna around the house. Could easily walk to the small town of Playa Grande with a few great restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The finishes in the home were nicer than in the photos. No issues with the house at all and concierge, housekeeping, and owner were all friendly and responsive.

Keith’s place was in a great location in Playa Grande. We walked everywhere and surfed everyday. The house itself was well laid out and spotless. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed having the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and the pool was very refreshing to come home to after a warm day at the beach. Marcelo - the rental manager was super responsive and helpful from start to finish of our trip. He gave us a list of recommendations upon arrival. We rented surf boards from Matos surf shop instead of bringing our own - good selection for a decent price. The restaurant recommendations were perfect and we did visit the local store a few times to pick up supplies for a few meals as well. Marcelo even booked us an ATV tour and handled all the details making it so easy and simple for us to enjoy our stay without the hassle of taking time away to plan an activity. We would recommend this home to others - it was a great experience!

The location of this house is impeccable. Tucked away on the side of the hill, you can see out to the ocean. The pool and giant covered deck have amazing views. The property is positioned in such a way that no one can even see you.. very private / serene spot

1 / 1 This place is a little slice of heaven. If you enjoy having your morning coffee on the back porch, with views of the ocean and the sounds of birds and howler monkeys, you will love this place. It’s a 3-minute drive to a quiet, beautiful beach the most amazing sunsets as well as a few delicious restaurants. The pool is perfect for first thing in the morning or after a day of beach/sightseeing. There is plenty of room for a family or two. The area is quiet and off the beaten path, but close enough to stores, and many fabulous beaches. The hosts are lovely and responsive but will not bother you if you don’t need anything. I absolutely loved our stay.

Has arguably the best view overlooking playa grande in the area with the position of the house. The gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and well maintained, and constructionwise I appreciate that the foundation of the house does little to damage the ground and the surrounding area like many others in the area.. this meant a closer connection to nature, inside outside living (AC and entire house stayed cool if needed, but also doors opened if you wanted AC off). I thought the house seemed bigger than in the pictures, and accommodated our family of 4 nicely: our 7 year old really loved the pool and rafts, my mother and father the lounge chairs, my wife the hammocks, and myself the 5 minute drive to the beach to surf my brains out.

The house was exquisite really beautifully appointed and stunning garden and pool area. Marcello was very kind and helpful and assisted us with groceries car hire and transfers, which was much appreciated. Beds very comfy and beautiful showers kitchen bathrooms and outdoor space. There is some construction going on next door and beyond to be aware of as the neighbourhood is being developed. There are some areas of the house which need improvement - the end of the pool needs a railing as does the stairs to the upstairs bedroom, this may be a concern for younger children. All in all we had a lovely visit and would definitely recommend this house, the back door path down to the beach is very special. Thanks for being great hosts.

Had a fantastic time. The pool and pool area was super. Beds were very comfortable and having private bath aligned with each bedroom was huge plus. Easy access and felt safe with gated property. Property was clean and spacious. Communications with Keith and concierge were excellent. Participated in a couple of tours arranged by concierge that were outstanding. Views from property were awesome. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

This is my second time at this house—which pretty much sums it up that it is awesome. The place has everything to make your stay more than wonderful. I cannot brag enough on the views, interior and neighborhood. Also, the owner and concierge team are with you every step of the way.

Working with Keith was fantastic. He was responsive and accommodating. The place itself is stunning with incredible views. It's extremely private, which was perfect for me. It is pretty far back and up on the mountain, which affords a stunning horizon to gaze on at sunset, but it also can be a little scary at night if you're alone like I was. The home is gated and every door has a lock on it, and you control the key for it, so I felt very safe. The conceirge, Marcelo, was very responsive when I needed help with things. I was sent a gate and lockbox code because he had other people to check in the day I arrived, but I was able to figure everything out and get in just fine. Thank you for letting me stay here. I would absolutely stay again.

We got home yesterday and I'm still processing! WOW! It is so very easy to gush over this property. It is even lovelier in person than pictures show! Here are some highlights: -We were looking for a quiet town, wasn't crawling w/people, had a few walkable restaurants, short walk to an amazing beach, safe property, and off the beaten path. This property was PERFECT. Totally met expectations. I was a little concerned about construction in the area, & it wasn't a problem, although it is on going. -The house is laid out SO WELL. Every room is quiet, I never heard anyone else in our party from my bedroom. -The grounds are beautiful! It's a large property with lots of foliage. SO PRETTY. -The beach is one of the prettiest we found in the area & can easily be walked from the house. It connects to a reserve for tons of exploring. -Marcelo, was the most helpful concierge! As a service w/the house, he planned all the activities of our trip, & we loved it! He definitely had the hookup!!

This place is a slice of paradise! Situated on a hillside in Playa Grande, you have incredible views of the ocean and surroundings. You're also in a private area well off the road below where you can fully experience the sounds and sights of nature. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. It's well laid out and efficient. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Bedrooms and bedding were all very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern with great showers. While there is plenty to do in the area, some days it's nice to just enjoy the house and its infinity edge pool. There are several really good restaurants just a short drive down the hill. And you have the best beaches all within striking distance on any given day, including Minas, Pirates, Conchas, and Flamingo. Overall, this place was beyond exceptional. Costa Rica is one of our favorite places, but staying in this house took our trip to the next level and can't wait to stay here again!

The views, wildlife, proximity to restaurants, other beach towns, & the beach itself was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. If ever back in the area I would 100% book again.

What a magical home. It really felt like we were nestled in the jungle of Playa grande. We even saw monkeys in the trees while we were swimming in the pool. Just a short drive to the beach which was very convenient as we have kids. Lots of restaurants in the area to try. There is a super market super close which we went to often. We loved the layout of the home. We could open the pocket doors when we wanted to be indoor/outdoor. The rooftop was great for playing cards and watching the sunset. It felt like home at the end and we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family. It has a nice safe and private feel at the top of the hill. Amazing views with monkeys, especially at sunset. The kitchen is well equipped to cook at home. The beds are comfortable and each room has its own air-condition. There are uber taxis in the area but we were glad to have a rental car. Kieth gave us great recommendations for different beaches to explore in the area. We hope to come back and stay here again next year!

The place is just beautiful and we had such a nice time there. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, kitchen was fully equipped, and we could walk or take a golf cart to the beach. The concierge was so helpful -booked 4 of us massages on the main deck at the same time with only a day’s notice. Swimming in the pool at night listening to the birds was amazing.

This house was even more lovely than the pictures! We planned our days to be home for the sunset because it was so beautiful! The dipping pool was larger than expected and although the house had great air con we preferred to cool off in the pool. Keith was proactive and the concierge was very friendly and helpful. The whole stay there was fabulous!

Amazing experience! As a mom of 3, it was absolutely perfect with the pool and bunk beds. I felt so safe with the gates and alarm system. Check in was seamless. There was an amazing local restaurant and mini market within easy walking distance. My kids were never hungry, the chicken fingers at KiKe’s saved every day! The beach was within walking distance and we never had to rent a car the entire week. The concierge service that came with the house made this stay completely worth it. Marcelo saved my family from a horrific rental car experience. He came through with safe transportation within 15 minutes of my cry for help. He truly saved our entire vacation. He also helped set up in home massages and local tours. We would absolutely stay here again! I can not say enough great things about this house and location!!

Keith’s home is better than the photos. Waking up to enjoy coffee on the balcony and looking at the ocean in front and side of you… you can’t capture that with a photo. The sounds of the animals and perfect breeze. Wow. If you are thinking about staying here, please do!! We also had great communication with Marcelo (the concierge) throughout our trip. Marcelo got us in touch with an AMAZING chef who made us breakfast one morning. We even had a flat tire as we were packing up to leave and still had the best trip ever. Wow, wow, I can go on but seriously, book this home; you won’t regret it.

WOW! What an incredible experience staying just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to. The sand goes endlessly into the ocean, you can surf or boogie board without fear of rocks or coral, and the west facing beach features unreal sunsets. This charming space has everything you could want for a vacation on the beach. Surf lessons and rentals right across the street, an amazing backyard to relax in during the morning and evening (including sound system to airplay/cast to), and absolutely spotless bathrooms and kitchen. Feels like walking into your own new home and getting a hug from paradise! The concierge service is incredible and you can get anything you need with just a few messages—including a private chef for your group. Walk to the beach and many great restaurants, or drive nearby for endless jungle adventures (zip line, zoo, hot springs, waterfall hikes, etc). This house is magic, and fits the Costa Rica vibe perfectly. Pura vida! ❤️🌈🤙

We had a lovely time at Casa Two Sisters. The concierge was efficient and attentive to us. When we had to speak with the host, he was very quick to respond to our requests. It's a heavenly house and a stone's throw from the sea.

This spot is amazing and one of our favorite Airbnb properties where we’ve stayed. It’s gorgeous, private, peaceful, immaculate, and on and on. Just rent it—unless it’s for a week when we’re coming back!—you won’t be disappointed.

What an incredible home. The home has a well equipped kitchen and island and large sectional. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The outdoor area is amazing with a covered outdoor kitchen and eating area, sectional and lots of loungers. The pool is bigger than the photos and we spent lots of time in it. The views of the ocean and sunsets will take your breath away! The grounds are quite beautiful with lots of trees and flowering shrubs and the home is very private. The are some very good local restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The concierge service was impressive. Marcelo took care of booking our car service, car rental and provided us with restaurants and things to do in the area. He was available at all times if we had any questions. Thank-you Marcelo!

This place was INCREDIBLE. Starting off with the staff of the home, who were so kind and helpful around the house. The concierge Marcelo, always available to help with anything you need. Cleaners and maintenance workers also kept the house &grounds nice and clean. Now for the house itself, WOW. The road the house is on is very bumpy so I would highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle. 4 bedrooms with each a king size bed and its own bathroom. The living room, kitchen, outside pool area were all incredible and used by all 7 of us. It was nice to wake up and swim and wind down and swim. We cooked majority of the week we were here and we recommend you bring some spices with you to this house or stop by the grocery store before arriving at the house! We bought oil and spices but could be because we were the first ones to stay. Overall, we hope to come back and hear again! Thank you Keith for sharing your home!

Perfect house with beautiful sunset. 3km from the beach.

The house was a highlight of our trip. Easy to walk to local restaurants (driveway is the steepest part). About 15 minutes walk from a lovely beach. The pool and views were incredible. House had all the basics for cooking, included towels and laundry facilities. Shampoo/toiletries not included which was fine just plan to bring as expensive locally and this was communicated ahead of time. The beds were comfy and the house layout was perfect for our group of 9. 6 adults and 3 kids. The 3 tier bunk was a hit but the small kids were scared of the tallest bunk due to its height. The house felt very safe. The construction was being done on the road to the house but they were so great at maintaining access to the home. Marcelo was an incredible concierge. very responsive and great local recs. I would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again if we are lucky enough to venture back to Playa Grande!

We stayed for New Years week as a group of 9 people and loved it. Our group was two senior couples (grandparents), my husband and I, and our 3 kids (ages 8 to 10). All four bedrooms have sliders that face the ocean and their own bathrooms, not a bad room in the house! plus there is an outdoor shower and extra half bath (half bath is inside). The outdoor shower is by the pool and has frosted glass doors for privacy and there is a door from the shower area to half bath when you need to go to the bathroom from the pool. A very well designed layout! Pool is about 4.5 feet deep with a tanning ledge (adult splash free zone). We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was very clean water, chemicals were gentle, temperature was warm enough to be comfortable and still refreshing. Some older folks will need a hand getting in and out because there is not a hand rail. Being in Costa Rica there is a lot insect activity outside, but nothing was biting us. Marcelo was super responsive with questions.

Surrounded by lush nature and tropical plants, it feels like a private oasis. The ocean view and sunsets are breathtaking, and the peaceful sounds of nature make it a perfect retreat. The pool is clean, refreshing, and a great spot to relax and take in the beauty of Playa Grande. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!
