The Space
This ocean view home, Casa 77, is located at the top of the San Pedro neighborhood within the gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. Completed in 2022, this contemporary single-family residence offers 2,000 square feet of living space on one level. It features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, each with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom.
Upon arrival, you can park in a shaded carport and step down to a sunny deck ideal for watching sunsets, bird watching, or sunbathing. The deck includes a lounge area with a firepit. A short staircase leads down to the pool area and outdoor kitchen, which separate the main house from two private bedrooms nestled in the jungle.
The main living area includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an open-concept living room with a 65-inch smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. There is also a laundry room for your convenience.

The property offers breathtaking views of Tamarindo Bay to the south and the Catalina Islands to the northwest. This unique vantage point is rare within Las Ventanas de Playa Grande.

Casa 77 is situated about one hour from the airport in the secure, gated community of Las Ventanas de Playa Grande. It is conveniently close to the beach and all the amenities of Playa Grande, including bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a gym, and a local brewery.
The vibrant beach towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo, featuring a newly constructed marina, are just a 20-minute drive away. Guests are encouraged to explore nearby hidden gems such as the secluded beaches of Piratas and Minas, both a short drive from the property.

To say the photos don’t do the view justice is a massive understatement! The view is absolutely spectacular and there isn’t a bad sunset or morning to enjoy every single day. The place is amazing. We felt so peaceful and at home and in paradise. This is an amazing place! Seriously….spectacular spot. BOOK IT!

We had a memorable stay at this beautiful Playa Grande property. The home itself is stunning, with an incredible view and a peaceful setting that made for a wonderful family getaway. Marcelo, the concierge, was fantastic — he helped coordinate our private chef, spa services, and excursions, all of which were excellent and true highlights of the trip. We did experience some inconveniences during our stay, including nearby construction that was louder and ran later than expected, as well as a few maintenance-related issues that came up while we were there. Keith was responsive, communicative, and made efforts to address our concerns, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a gorgeous home in a great location, and once surrounding construction and a few upkeep items are fully resolved, it has the potential to offer an exceptional experience. We’re grateful for the memories we made there and would consider returning in the future.

A stunning house! Lots of private spaces for guests. Would be an ideal location for a family friends or small work retreat. I little construction noise but nothing intolerable. I would love to visit again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. We woke up our first night to howler monkey right outside. It was so fun. The place was so enjoyable with the sliding doors and pool. We would definitely stay here again. We did come in on a Friday evening and traffic was horrible. So what should have taken us an hour and fifteen minutes took us at least two hours. Just something to be aware of.

Keith’s home is better than the photos. Waking up to enjoy coffee on the balcony and looking at the ocean in front and side of you… you can’t capture that with a photo. The sounds of the animals and perfect breeze. Wow. If you are thinking about staying here, please do!! We also had great communication with Marcelo (the concierge) throughout our trip. Marcelo got us in touch with an AMAZING chef who made us breakfast one morning. We even had a flat tire as we were packing up to leave and still had the best trip ever. Wow, wow, I can go on but seriously, book this home; you won’t regret it.

Everything was perfect. The views. The pool. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a beautiful stay on top of hill that felt like we were on top of the world. Playa Grande was a lovely beach/town. Thank you for having us. Pura Vida 🩵
