The Space
Welcome to Casa Tinto, a private, gated luxury home offering stunning ocean views in one of Playa Grande's most exclusive residential neighborhoods. Situated on 1.5 acres, this single-level residence boasts 300-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding tropical dry forest, including nearby Las Baulas National Park.
The home features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The master suite includes a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Each additional bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and comfortable beds with fine linens, perfect for relaxing after a day of surfing, fishing, or exploring the area. There is also a poolside bathroom for convenient access without entering the main house.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area showcases volume ceilings with wood beams and breathtaking ocean views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an oversized refrigerator, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a large island, and a breakfast bar.
Step outside to the expansive terrace through sliding glass doors, where you will find pool loungers, a sofa seating area, a dining table, and a personal outdoor kitchen complete with an oven. The infinity edge pool offers spectacular sunset views. Additional outdoor amenities include surf racks, outdoor showers, and a ping-pong table.
Casa Tinto also provides high-speed internet, a 65-inch smart TV, a SONOS sound system, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Location
Casa Tinto is located just a short walk from the town of Playa Grande and about one hour from Liberia International Airport. The property sits at a higher elevation toward the back of the lot, providing unparalleled ocean, mountain, and valley views.
This home is part of a small residential community with full-time neighbors on both sides. To maintain a peaceful environment, guests are asked to minimize noise between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Within a 20-minute drive, you can access numerous beautiful beaches. Nearby amenities include a gym, yoga studio, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and bars.

The house is beautiful and spacious, and the view is beautiful. It has everything, and my family and I really enjoyed staying at Casa Tinto. We feel comfortable at all times. Keith was available for any questions and always responded quickly. It has everything close by. Supermarkets and restaurants. And the beach is also very easy to access.

Hurry up and rent this house: it's a real paradise, with the best view of Playa Grande! The house is large, modern, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped for cooking, well soundproofed and secure, with a sea view from the 4 bedrooms. What can I say about the pool and the outdoor terrace with sea views and sunsets: wow, wow, wow!!! The vegetation makes the courtyard very private: you can't see the neighbors. You can admire the fauna and flora, hear the howler monkeys in the surrounding nature, and see several of them while walking to the beach. We loved the atmosphere in Playa Grande: a long beach in nature, good surfing, good restaurants and surf shops within walking distance of the house. Thank you to Keith, Marcelo and their team for the excellent service: very efficient, personalized and responsive. We liked Marcelo's welcome and recommendations. We stayed here in July: sunshine, no rain, no mosquitoes—it was more than perfect. Thank you.

We had such an amazing time at Keith’s house. His home is beautiful and you can’t beat that view! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Close to delicious restaurants— we recommend Kike’s Place. We would definitely stay here again!

Keith’s place is amazing! It has amazing views from all rooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are comfy. Nice that all rooms have attached bathrooms. The pool is clean and a nice temperature. We had a wonderful week!

This is an incredible stay in an amazing area. The house is better than the photos and the perfect base for exploring the Guanacaste area. Playa Grande is a much more peaceful alternative to Tamarindo with some great restaurants and a lovely beach. The house itself is clean, secure, spacious, and accommodated 2 families of 4 perfectly. The views and outdoor area are fantastic. Marcelo, the concierge was friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we hope to return!

Our family of 6 adults had a lovely stay at Casa Tinto. We enjoyed being off the beaten path yet walkable to some great restaurants. The house was perfect - from the en suite bathrooms to the well-stocked kitchen to the fabulous outdoor areas. We even had a local chef come in and make a dinner for us. Highly recommend.
