This is an amazing place to stay in Rancho Santana. Its steps away from amenities and beach. Karina is a great host. We had a travel hiccup right before we stepped on the plane. She was able to get the info we needed while we were flying. Once on the ground I immediately received her updated message which made the rest of the journey stress feee. She’s a great resource. We will definitely be back. Thanks Karina!!!

Our unit at Rancho Santana was wonderfully appointed and a great location. Close to the pool for family fun time and the beach was just 5 minutes away. Karina was EXTREMELY helpful and I don’t think I found a problem or request that she didn’t have an answer for. We would go back in a heartbeat, fantastic escape if you need a family friendly spot in Nicaragua.

Great condo with close proximity to the pool, ocean view, breezy and comfortable decor and furnishings. Bed was extremely comfortable. The true highlight of our stay was our host concierge, Karina. She was always responsive, so thorough and thoughtful with her local recommendations and instructions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be able to work with Karina again.

Karina's place is a wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway. The house is spacious, the pool offers a great respite from the sun, and it is truly a stone's throw to the beach. The location is ideal for those seeking privacy and quiet, but also within close driving distance to Popoyo and Santana's beaches and food and drink spots. You can also easily walk from the house on the beach or road to a handful of Guasacate bars and restaurants (20+ minutes on foot). Karina was very helpful in arranging transportation and getting supplies we asked for. Communication was clear and attentive throughout. Hope to be back one day soon!

Impeccable accommodation. Very responsive host, we had a problem with the plumbing during our stay and everything was settled very quickly and efficiently. I will return without hesitation!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Beautiful home, great location and kind host. I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood felt very safe. Many great restaurants a short walk away.

Karina was a wonderful host! The home is well maintained and taken care of. Beautiful location great for disconnecting from the every day hustle and to pass the time with family. Great scenic view of the ocean, sound of the waves is so relaxing. The private and gated community made our stay so much more relaxing. The home had everything we needed and was great stocked by the host with all that you may need. The host provided options and information on the local restaurants and areas and things you can do. Perfect beach views from 2nd floor balcony and pool. Definitely love to come back. I can go on and rave about the home. But it is truly, a needed booking to experience. Thank you again for the lovely memories!
