The Space
This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita is located within the Rancho Santana resort, just a two-minute walk from Santana Beach and the main clubhouse. It offers the most convenient spot in the development, close to two restaurants, a bar, and a pool—all featuring coastal views.
The casita comfortably accommodates up to five guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and three twin beds in the guest room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom and have individual closets. Additional amenities include a safe for valuables, a surfboard rack, and ample common space in the main living area.
Location
Situated within walking distance of the main clubhouse, this casita provides easy access to five beaches. Among these, two are renowned for world-class surfing, while each beach offers its own unique and enchanting atmosphere.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house. Please note that this home is not part of Rancho Santana's Management Program.
As of January 2023, Rancho Santana charges a resort fee of $15 per person per day, plus 15% tax. This fee is collected at check-in by the front desk concierge and grants access to all resort amenities and services.
Additional Information
- Monthly rentals do not include utilities such as electricity and internet.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required prior to check-in.
- Electricity usage will be measured at check-in and check-out, with the bill calculated accordingly.

This is an amazing place to stay in Rancho Santana. Its steps away from amenities and beach. Karina is a great host. We had a travel hiccup right before we stepped on the plane. She was able to get the info we needed while we were flying. Once on the ground I immediately received her updated message which made the rest of the journey stress feee. She’s a great resource. We will definitely be back. Thanks Karina!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Casita! Its location was perfect—just a short walk to everything at the Ranch—while still feeling private and secluded despite nearby homes. The space was very clean and organized. Karina, our primary contact, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond, assisting us with everything from answering questions to helping us coordinate transportation to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hope to be back soon .

We Head a Great Time at Rancho Santana. It’s a magical place. The house has a very good location as it’s close to the pool and restaurant. You have enough space and the kitchen has lots to offer. The bathroom needs a bit of a renovation but everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it.
