Step out onto the balcony, where four rocking chairs await you to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding scenery. The condo is situated on the second floor.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for the laundry room and the owner’s closet. Laundry services are available upon request for an additional fee, as only the cleaning staff can access the laundry room.

Air conditioning in the living room is available for an extra charge of $25 per day. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use it so we can provide the remote control.

To use the resort amenities, guests must pay a resort fee directly to Rancho Santana at the front desk concierge upon arrival. The fee is $15 per person per full day plus 15% tax. Children under 8 years old are exempt from this fee.

Additional Information

• Monthly rentals do not include electricity costs. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required separately. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to calculate electricity usage.
• One complimentary laundry service is provided per week.
• Additional cleaning services are available at $15 per day.
• This property is not part of Rancho Santana’s Management Program.
• The resort fee of $15 per person per day plus tax (15%) has been in effect since January 2023 and must be paid at check-in to access all Rancho Santana amenities and services.
• Children younger than 8 years old are not required to pay the resort fee.
