Its always a beautiful and relaxing stay at Paradise Villas - property is beautiful and perfectly located in town. 2 bedroom villas is perfect for family stay. Kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable!

Wonderful stay at Nellie’s! Walkable to everything, cute little pool, efficient check-in. There were some country-wide blackouts and Nellie ran us some batteries for a flashlight which was very nice of her. The cleaners came and cleaned the place top to bottom one day which was a wonderful perk. Thanks Nellie!

The place is very nice Easy to get to from the ferry. They provided transportation to and from the ferry to the location, and the property was very nice and well connected to everything. Nellie was always attentive and was very proactive and respectful It made our stay an experience where we put the logistics of the accommodation a bit aside and were able to focus on enjoying ourselves

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here! We spent a little over a week and it was an excellent location. The grounds were beautiful. Nellie was very accommodating and always responsive. We had transportation to and from the airport and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, and the host made the experience smooth and easy. My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights in June '26 and a fantastic stay. Check-in was smooth and the property is in a great location, just a few minutes past the main road heading to Secret Beach and a pretty easy 25-30min ride to the center of town. The unit itself was very comfortable and everything we needed for a short stay. We also booked a snorkeling excursion with Captain Thomas, who was recommended by Nellie as his boat is docked at the property. We had an incredible time on the excursion and would highly recommend booking with him if you're looking for snorkeling/fishing/etc. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would 1000% return. Only note is we did lose power briefly a few times (which is common to San Pedro), so not specific to this property but would recommend bringing mobile power banks on your trip to charge phones, etc.

We loved our stay at paradise villas!! The location is great and walking distance to everything we needed (grocery stores, restaurants, and ferry terminal). The beach is right outside the villas with a dock to swim and there is a pool at the center of the property. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were super helpful and there was everything we needed to prepare meals. The only things are 1) the table is a bit small and close to the wall, it only fits two people and because it is secured in place one person is very close to the wall. 2) the shower was slightly low pressure and was difficult to rinse hair. Overall though we had a great experience; our villa was very clean, rooms were comfortable, wifi worked great, and we were central to all of our activities. The complimentary pick from the airport and drop off at the ferry were very much appreciated!

Good place to stay. You are in among the bustle of San Pedro, but just set back enough to avoid the noise. Pool is good and access to waterfront. Host was very helpful and sorted out golf carts for us straight away. There was included pick up and drop off to the airport and very responsive in all messaging.

Wonder stay wonderful host

Nellie's place was a wonderful spot for our family of four including two kids age 11 and 14. We enjoyed the pool and swimming at the end of the pier in front of the property. We loved how close the property was to restaurants and shopping. The host was wonderful! Great communication, we asked for help during our stay and Nellie didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs. We appreciated the complimentary pickup from the ferry. We highly recommend this location to others.

We had a great time staying at Nellie’s place. Staff were so helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at our travel locations. Nellie helped us navigate every step of our travel. She even helped us with our list luggage. The location is perfect and we were very comfortable staying at Nellie’s place.

What a great place! Everything was as stated. The upstairs unit was very comfortable and nice. We enjoyed snorkeling from the Paradise Villas pier. The pool was inviting, warm, and well maintained. Many great restaurants are within walking distance. Communication was excellent too! Thank you, Nellie and team!

The place was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful area. Note that it’s about 30 minutes from town — we weren’t aware of that at first and ended up driving back and forth since most of our activities were there.

We absolutely loved staying at Paradise Villas! Nellie was so kind, helpful & responsive. The property is the perfect location if you like to be near the action - lots of bars, restaurants & small businesses. For the ocean adventurers, there’s a dock which makes for easy pick-ups. The apartment is clean, cute & has everything you might need for an easy stay. I’d highly recommend Paradise Villas and would absolutely stay there again!

Nellie was very accomodating and a fantastic communicator for my friends and I. She arranged pickups and drop-offs proactively to ensure we had easy transit to and from the AirBnB. The location itself is great - we were located right along the beach, there is a pool surrounded by palm trees that we enjoyed. We were also close to town, making it easy to walk to restaurants. She arranged a golf kart for us to use to travel to the dive shop where my friends and I were diving from for 3 days during our visit. Overall, I highly recommend using Nellie and her properties at Paradise Villas!

Very nice place with beautiful ocean views. Lots of sargassum on the beach during the end of March but we knew to expect that in advance. Expect a bumpy ride in if you rent a golf cart (best way to get around here). Overall, I would recommend staying here

This place was absolutely beautiful. Nellie was responsive and offered great advice, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I’d definitely recommend it!

We had four people in an upstairs 2 bedroom unit. The property is nice and private, you can't hear the busy street as soon as you step under the arch, very peaceful. The pool looked nice, but we didn't really use it. The location is the best part, very close to many things to do and eat as well as 2 small grocery stores. The price was the best for a 2 bedroom on the beach by far. Nellie was extremely friendly to deal with over messages, she had a taxi pick us up from the airport and drop us off, which was very nice and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We were in unit 15B which was a second floor, 2 bedroom street side unit. The AC worked splendidly and as we kept the windows closed, we found the unit quiet enough regardless of its proximity to the bustling street below. It had comfortable beds and futon couch which could accommodate an additional 2 people. This unit would probably work best with no more than 4 however, as there was limited seating and dining amenities. There seem to be plentiful hot water and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the property which was very quiet and peaceful with coconut palms, manicured grounds, ample parking and beachfront access. Although our unit did not boast a sea view or private outdoor space, there are several units that do. It was only a short walk via the beach to the most bustling area of San Pedro town however there were several conveniently located markets and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic! 5-10 walk almost anywhere. We had a golf cart but didn’t even use it much when in town. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless!

Safe, walkable and clean. You walk right out the door and you are in the heart of everything. Quit at night and security on site. 10/10 recommend.

Really enjoyed nellie’s casita! The room is actually bigger than pictured and the balcony really adds to the space. Very clean upon arrival and a broom was provided for sand that gets tracked into the property Didn’t see any bugs in the room itself which was great! there are a lot of lizards outside at night but as expected with a tropical location. The air bnb is about 30 mins away from the town and a lot closer( about 20-15 mins) to secret beach which was super convenient the ride into town isn’t bad at all and really gives you a chance to see the island. Both host are amazing and responsive they were able to help with a few issues we had like locking ourselves out, and switch arrival time really quickly and they truly want you to enjoy your trip. Will definitely be booking again, perfect for couples and my girlfriend really enjoyed her birthday here. ( they would definitely benefit from getting a tv in the room but not a complaint because the property itself is very entertaining)

Nellie’s condo at Las Amapolas was perfect for my husband and I for the last few days of our vacation. The location right on the beach on is unbeatable and the property was very well maintained. The space was surprisingly well equipped even though the kitchenette was small. Very friendly and helpful team of hosts.

My second time staying here & Nellie & his staff are always very professional & polite! He has great communication & you can tell his staff is all on one accord! Great stay in San Pedro! Walking distance to restaurants as well as cart rental and various adventure companies. Nellie was very responsive to any questions or requests that came up. The place was a good size for 3 people. The pool just steps away was added bonus and the well placed AC units kept the condo nice and cool all day. Overall, a great choice when visiting San Pedro!

Loved staying at Paradise Villas. Lovely inside the gate, the beach right outside the gate, and everything around was so accessible! Not to mention they were able to meet us at the airport and help us get to the villa with no hesitation! Fantastic option to stay, highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our group, and everything was spotless, beautifully appointed, and genuinely comfortable – the beds were a dream after long days on the water. The pool area quickly became our favorite spot; it’s so peaceful and private, perfect for curling up with a book and completely unwinding. The location couldn’t be better – truly walkable to grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, lively dock bars, and some of the best local eateries. We took the boat out three different days for snorkeling, exploring nearby cays, and fishing, and coming “home” to this relaxing oasis each evening made the trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to making this our go-to spot for years to come. If you’re headed to the area, book this place – you won’t be disappointed! Highly, highly recommend!

It’s upstairs but it was clean and cozy and got really cold which is very important for me I slept great!! This place is walkable to everything we rode our cart a lot and each time we made it to our destination we were steps away from home. The host is very proactive and reactive. I’ll be back for sure

Great location in San Pedro, easy access to the north half of the island as well as.great restaurants and your operators within walking distance north or south! Lots of golf cart parking in the complex and the pool was great (was almost a private pool most of the time).

the location is exactly what we wanted, which is in the middle of everything. Most of the places were walking distance. If there was any issues, the host was always on standby to attend to your needs. Overall it was a great stay.

Nellie and her team were very nice and always eager to help us. Our requests/questions were responded to immediately. The complex is no longer brand new, as is the furniture. However, everything was in good, well-maintained condition. If something is missing/broken - just contact Nellie or her team. We spent a few pleasant days in the Paradise Villas and would recommend the accommodation. All the best!

Beautiful home on the beach, it looks just like the pictures. Nellie was extremely helpful and responsive. The island is under a lot of development so it can seem like you may be headed in the wrong direction at times but once you find it it’s easy.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. the beach view is amazing. ***please bring and spray mosquito repellent before you drive to the property*** Nellies instructions are clear. Nellies communication was great and very accommodating. it's about a 30 min drive from the city but closer to serect beach. I recommend. I would definitely stay here again while visiting San Pedro.

This was my fifth time staying at Paradise villas using Nellie’s property management. The staff and everyone is very responsive. I even left a valuable outside in the common grounds at night and it was returned to me the next day by security. Every time I return to Belize, I always return to Paradise villas because of the convenience, the location, the staff, and being next to Palapa bar of course!

The unit was just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and surprisingly affordable for being right on the beach. The patio was my favorite. We met the co-host- very friendly and proactive about keeping the condo in tip top shape.

Paradise Villas were a beautiful place to stay. Right by the water and close to downtown. The pool is a great way to cool off and rinse off. They provided us pickup and dropoff from the ferry when we arrived and left which was incredibly helpful.

This is our 2nd time staying in this complex, and we wouldn't look to stay anywhere else. condo is comfortable, AC is cold, the grounds and pool is awesome. The biggest selling point is the location! Right on the edge of downtown, you can walk to all the restaurants if you wanted to. There are 3 docks right outside for swimming. One of them has a great bar / restaurant - the Palapa, highly recommended. Also, walk towards the downtown on the beach, and find several excellent spots to sit down, grab a belikin and some ceviche!

This was SUPER close to all the things- restaurants, shopping and the dive shop we love! Very cute, lovely pool, relatively quiet, safe and nice. Beds were comfortable, host is super helpful and very responsive!

IRecently, my girlfriend and I stayed at Nellie’s place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is exceptionally beautiful, offering direct access to the beach upon departure. While we were unable to utilize the specific beach due to the presence of sargassum, this is not an unforeseen circumstance. Within a short distance of the property, there is a highly recommended restaurant called “Tropical Escape,” situated approximately 15 steps away on the beach. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near the popular “secret beach” accessible via golf cart. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we would certainly recommend booking at Nellie’s location again.

Paradise Villas was the perfect place for us! The pool was wonderful and having access to the beach/dock was so nice! The location was right in town so we could walk pretty much everywhere. The staff are all so kind and responsive. We had a wonderful experience!

Great place, close to everything in town.

By far one of the best vacations I have taken with my family of 5. The private pools , amazing AC, access to a private dock made this stay epic. Her location is right in the middle of everything you want! Very blessed to have taken my family to San Pedro and more thankful for Nellie’s great team. Her team made sure my family had everything we needed. Her assistance with Laundry, housekeeping and transportation made being on the island so easy! When we come back to San Pedro this is where we will stay!

This is our second time staying at Nellies, and she was wonderful as always. Easy to communicate with, assisted with golf cart rental and transportation to and from the Water Taxi. The location is perfect; it really doesn't get much better!

We had the best time at Los Amapolas for our honeymoon. It was fun riding around in the golf cart and seeing the iguanas. Every restaurant on secret beach had great food, drinks and crystal clear water. I will definitely try to come back.

This is the upstairs unit- the main bedroom has a filtered view of the water. The back bedroom is connected to the bathroom. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There is a drip coffee maker if you want to bring your own ground coffee. This place is a half block away from the K Mart (a small grocery store) with everything you could need- very convenient. I appreciated that Nelly provided transport to and from the water taxi. We really didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart. The grounds of the complex are pretty, with lush vegetation. There are some lounge chairs in the shade facing the beach. Nelly provided plenty of beach towels. I’d recommend the place to friends

Nellie and her staff were amazing to work with, they picked us up from the airport and helped us get to our airbnb. The airbnb itself was right on the beach, just a heads up that depending on the time of year you go, you may not be able to swim due to seaweed build up across that aide of the shore. Aside from that, we were very comfy in our stay, AC worked very well and our room was stocked with everything we could possibly need!

Nellie’s place was perfect for our stay in San Pedro. Very central yet completely quiet and safe. Nice pool, direct access to the beach, dock and a great bar over the water. Hard to think of a better place to stay in SP.

I wanted a nice, tranquil trip to unwind & relax. This home is so cute & the area is very quiet! All neighbors were very respectful! I initially got lost, but the host(s) were in constant communication with me & made me feel safe! I stepped into the backyard & laid in the sun for hours without a care in the world the whole time I was there! Great location, about 20/25 minutes away from certain clubs, if you’re into nightlife & a nice 15/20 drive to Secret Beach. 10/10!

This place was so enjoyable and peaceful. The private dock made for an easy pick up for any boat excursion or snorkeling trip! Very walkable, and golf cart friendly! The maid service was very respectful and took care of us! Very responsive and helpful host as well!

Las Amapolas was perfect for me. We had a larger family group in the house next door but I needed a bit more private space and it offered that. Nellie made a slightly abnormal check in easy to deal with and worked around my schedule. The unit was clean, provided exactly what I needed for my stay, all in a beautiful setting. Would absolutely recommend!
