Located in the highly desirable Paradise Villas, this upstairs villa sits in a quiet, gated setting on the edge of town. The two-bedroom layout includes a full-size futon in the living area and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Location and Complex
Paradise Villas is situated on the northern edge of San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye. This small boutique complex has 24 units arranged in a horseshoe around a beautiful central pool, with the turquoise Caribbean Sea directly in front.
The lush grounds feature tropical vegetation and a variety of flowers. Pathways are made of hard-packed sand, and cars are not permitted within the grounds. Golf carts, the island’s primary mode of transportation, are allowed.
The complex also has a dock with an excellent swimming area. Delicious food and friendly local people add to the experience.

Drinking Water
A 5-gallon jug of drinking water should be provided in the unit at check-in. Please let us know if you need a refill.
Cleaning
The condo is cleaned every third day. Stays of three nights or fewer do not include cleaning service.
Provided Items
Because Belize has high import taxes, coffee, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. Including these items would require an increase in the rental rate.

Wonderful stay at Nellie’s! Walkable to everything, cute little pool, efficient check-in. There were some country-wide blackouts and Nellie ran us some batteries for a flashlight which was very nice of her. The cleaners came and cleaned the place top to bottom one day which was a wonderful perk. Thanks Nellie!

The place is very nice Easy to get to from the ferry. They provided transportation to and from the ferry to the location, and the property was very nice and well connected to everything. Nellie was always attentive and was very proactive and respectful It made our stay an experience where we put the logistics of the accommodation a bit aside and were able to focus on enjoying ourselves

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here! We spent a little over a week and it was an excellent location. The grounds were beautiful. Nellie was very accommodating and always responsive. We had transportation to and from the airport and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!
