Beautiful peaceful home! Absolutely would recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in Belize and your villa is spectacular! Your attention to detail was greatly appreciated and the cleanliness and service you provided were also top-notch. Thank you Barbara! and Ezequiel, Cesar and Yesmy. Yesmy was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour and all the necessary instructions for the villa. You have supplied this unit with everything and anything that someone might need! It was so thoughtful of you to give such great recommendations too and they were all wonderful. For our travel needs - Tropic Air flight bookings, cab service from the airport to the villa and back again (Carlos), and our golf cart waiting at the villa when we arrived. Your recommendation of Belize Pro Dive Center was also great and we enjoyed 6 amazing dives during our long weekend visit. Our first time in Belize. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and immaculate place for your family to get away to Belize, this is the place you want. Elena lives on site and is so welcoming! She cooked a meal for our family which was everyone’s favorite of the week. Christian came every day to make sure the outside was perfectly cleaned, organized and ready for us to enjoy.

The Sunset Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. Barb is incredibly knowledgeable and provided great information and recommendations. Jason (Resort Manager) was on site daily and checked in with us yo ensure our stay was wonderful!

I don’t think we could’ve picked a more perfect place. From the quick response from our host to the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Definitely five stars in my book.

Barb was incredibly helpful in giving us advice about local tours and activities! Jason was extremely responsive and helpful on site, setting us up with the on site kayaks or recommending restaurants. The place was very clean--first tropical vacation rental ever with no ants or other insects inside. Kids had a great time playing cornhole and volleyball on site. Some mosquitoes and sargassum but that's everywhere. Good value for the space. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Amazing stay at this property! The pre-arrival info and prep provided by Barbara was top notch, helping to connect us to tour providers, cart companies, insider info, etc. Jason was waiting for us to check in and gave us a brief tour which was an amazing change of pace from the many other Airbnb experiences where we couldn’t get into the property for hours. Both Barbara and Jason were available and responsive to our general questions about the island also. Jason’s daughter even shared her pool floaty unicorn with us! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The home in San Pedro was beautiful and peaceful. Barbara and the entire staff was very helpful and responsive.

What a spectacular location! We absolutely loved our trip here with our friends and family. Far enough away from town to feel completely private and quiet, but easy golf cart ride anytime you need anything. Barbara communicated well and was very quick to respond. Jason, the concierge, is so nice and also very responsive. We'll be back!!!

Amazing stay—perfect for families! Unit B1 was incredible. Being on the ground floor made it easy to walk straight out to the views, pool, hammocks, and porch swing—truly felt like a private oasis. Our family of six took full advantage of every amenity and loved how comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed the space was for relaxing together. The seawall was a huge plus—no sargassum, no smell, and a great waterfront experience all week. We snorkeled and fished off the pier, and even had an excursion pick us up right there—so easy and convenient. Barbara was a fantastic host, helping with travel logistics, immigration tips, and great recommendations before we arrived. Jason was onsite and very responsive during our stay. Everything felt seamless thanks to them. The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet a short golf cart ride to restaurants, activities, and town. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time, La Perla Azul is a wonderful home. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the peacefulness. The dock was my favorite spot. The only one thing I would change are the neighboring docks light pollution, we spent most evenings outside (I sleep outside often) and the lights would never go off. Great place, beautiful island, we will be back!!!!!

Barbara was an excellent host for our stay. She was super informative, easy to bounce questions off of, and help make everything seamless. Her staff on site (Elena and Christian) were amazing. One of, if not the best, Airbnb experiences we’ve had.
