Great place. We had 9 Fisherman in 3 condos. Guides picked us up on the pier . Peaceful place

We thought Barbara’s condo was great!! We have no complaints. She was very kind and helpful. The complex’s employees matched her level of politeness. It was a great experience and highly recommend to anyone else!!

We had the perfect stay at the sunset beach resort. Barbara was proactive in sending us helpful details about logistics and recommendations (tours, restaurants, , and was extremely helpful in setting up transportation to and from San Pedro! I had many questions and she was kind to address them all! When we got there Jason (and sweet Malia) were there to greet us and answer any questions that we had - Jason was very responsive throughout our stay! Manolo kindly drove us to and from our water taxi and the airport. The condo was lovely, spacious, and private with gorgeous views. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do and the location was great as it was a bit outside all of the action but still accessible to it. Our kids (9 and 11) did not want to leave. One of their favorite parts was the golf cart rental (which Barbara helped to facilitate). Highly recommend!

We were greeted and welcomed by a most gracious host, Jason, who made the stay wonderful. Every aspect of our stay was awesome! We would stay there again without exception. Thank you Jason!

Finding a location to host 17 cousins was a task in belize, but when I found this location and we bought out the condo (all 3 floors) , I knew it was going to be great!!! Sunset beach is a hidden gem tucked away in a town, about 15 minutes from the airport in San Pedro. The house opens up to a beautiful reef and the views are amazing. The house has an onsite pool, multiple hammocks and amazing views. We were able to have massages scheduled at the condo to unwind on our first evening. Jason, the house manager took really good care of us. He was not intrusive and communication was 10/10. He met us at the house, provided recommendations and had this calming and undescribable aura about him. Jason you're the best!!! Continued success!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset beach resort. Barb and Jason were very helpful in arranging our transportation to the island from Belize city and helping with suggestions for everything on the island!

Such an amazing experience. Couldn’t have picked a better location to have our wedding and bring our family. Beautiful atmosphere!

Our stay at Sunset Beach was unforgettable. Myself and 4 friends stayed in one of the walkout condos, and it was worth every penny to walk right onto the sandy area and watch the waves. The location was an easy golf-cart drive into town, and the best place to return to when we were ending the night. It was extremely private and felt very safe. Everything about this place was amazing, so glad we picked a place right on the water. Even with the seaweed, you could still wade out a bit beyond the seawall, and the pool was always a good option. The dock is gorgeous. Can't beat starting the day or ending the night on one of the hammocks looking out at the sea.Can't wait to return one day. Barbara and Rosa were very proactive in communicating and answering all my questions. I felt so prepared because of their helpfulness. Jason greeted us, and was very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Sunset Beach! Great location for those who want something close to town but not in town. Property well cared for with lots of amenities. Rosa and Jason were really helpful during our stay. Overall, a great experience!
