The Sunset Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. Barb is incredibly knowledgeable and provided great information and recommendations. Jason (Resort Manager) was on site daily and checked in with us yo ensure our stay was wonderful!

Barb was incredibly helpful in giving us advice about local tours and activities! Jason was extremely responsive and helpful on site, setting us up with the on site kayaks or recommending restaurants. The place was very clean--first tropical vacation rental ever with no ants or other insects inside. Kids had a great time playing cornhole and volleyball on site. Some mosquitoes and sargassum but that's everywhere. Good value for the space. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Location was exceptional. Used the dock for trips. Chilled on the beach. Pool was great. Lots of good food close. Concierge was awesome and helpful.

Cannot recommend this location highly enough. Barb was great at connecting me with tour operators and golf cart rental along with providing all of the information I didn't even know I needed! The condo is spacious and clean. The grounds of the resort were impeccable. The staff at the resort were so friendly and helpful. I hated to leave and may be back sooner than expected! =)

Barbara and the onsite team (Jason & Jeff) were AMAZING! They all made my party, and I felt welcomed and gave us great information to help us plan our trip and activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is remarkable, quiet, and beautiful; restaurants are in walking distance. When I return to San Pedro, I will have no hesitation to book this location again. Overall great service!!

My family and I just completed a 9 day stay at the condo and can't wait to book another trip back! Barbara was super responsive and helpful. Her info on getting to the island and taking the water taxi was spot on and reduced any worry I had about that extra leg of the trip. Jason the concierge was amazing! He gave us great restaurant recommendations and when we needed to swap out golf carts he handled the whole thing for us. Not to mention, he has the cutest helper!!! The condo was exactly as described with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The best thing for me was the balcony and the view. The location of the condo was great. It's a quick golf cart ride to the busier section of the island and secluded enough for quiet time.

This was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful surroundings but 2 miles south of the chaos of San Pedro town so quiet and peaceful. Our snorkeling guide picked us up right from the dock. Clean place but we were very happy about how comfortable the beds were and grateful for working AC. We would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Barbara is by far the most helpful Airbnb host I have ever worked with. She offered to help reserve our Tropic air flight and arrange a cab driver and our golf cart rental. Then she introduced me to a local who helped us book all our adventures. It was beyond wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The beach house is beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing. We spent most our time on the balcony. Very quiet and relaxing but close enough to all the restaurants and stores. The five boats came right to the pier on the property to pick us up. The property host, is also very welcoming and super helpful. Seriously an amazing experience for our family of 4.

I can’t say enough positive things about Barbara! She was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She helped me understand what to expect and made our arrival as smooth as possible with helpful tips and suggestions. She helped book our flights on Tropic Air to get to San Pedro and recommended the that we have the golf cart delivered so it was at the resort upon our arrival. The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular! Charlene was wonderful and met us at the resort and. Made check in so easy. She was always responsive to all our questions and gave recommendations. It was great having her as a resource while we were in the island. Do not hesitate to stay here! Everything was wonderful!
