Private pool,beachfront, great views,kayaks, more!

We had a fantastic time, La Perla Azul is a wonderful home. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the peacefulness. The dock was my favorite spot. The only one thing I would change are the neighboring docks light pollution, we spent most evenings outside (I sleep outside often) and the lights would never go off. Great place, beautiful island, we will be back!!!!!

Barbara was EXTREMELY helpful with the whole planning process, suggestions, reservations, flights, etc. Things that I really wouldn’t have expected her to help with, she did. We had a great stay and would recommend. It’s about a 20ish minute golf ride away from town, but we appreciated being able to get away from the busyness without it feeling too far. The only thing I would want to mention, and this is by no means a negative, just something for people to be aware of, is that there are stairs required to get into the rental (and many if you’re staying in the upper portion). This was no issue for us at all, but just something I would want potential visitors to be aware of. THANK YOU, Barbara and staff, for hosting a wonderful stay for us!!!!

We had a great stay. Beautiful location we used the kayaks, fishing poles, BBQ and pool. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Host and caretaker helped us with planning rides to the island and lined up golf carts that were waiting when we arrived.

Barbara was an amazing host. Helped with every aspect of our stay. She really made everything so easy. House was very private and well equipped. The upstairs was very nice. The lower unit was smaller/tighter than expected but was wonderful to have especially for use of a lower bathroom and kitchen near the pool. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Ezequiel met us at the property . He was professional and kind. Complete serenity at the house. Barbara's informational package was so helpful. We had a lovely stay. The first population from Egrets, herons, pelicans off the dock were wonderful.

I would absolutely book again. First off, the hose was incredible in helping us plan flights from Belize city and recommendations with the golf carts. (I would recommend side by sides for rentals if you can snag one). She made sure we knew all of the procedures for getting there and it was a very smooth transition. It was like having a vacation planner for getting to our location. The location is private, quiet, and feels very safe. The Airbnb was clean and beautiful! It worked perfectly for our family. The beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and there were AC units in each separate room and living room. The dock and private beach were so nice to have. My husband did a little fishing off of it. This place literally has everything you could need and we had the perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the water was incredible. We loved spending time on the dock. It was a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool was great and a must-have on Ambergris. Barbara was great. She helped us arrange private boat transportation directly from the BZE mainland international airport to our private dock, which I'd highly recommend. She also helped us with grocery delivery, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tours. A few things to note: - The upper unit is separated from the downstairs unit by exterior stairs/exterior door. This worked great for us as our teenager loved having his own space, but something to consider if bringing small children. - The location is maybe 20 minutes south of town by golf cart. Again, this was great for us as we appreciated the quiet and privacy. San Pedro Town itself is quite busy, so we preferred this location. However, some guest might prefer to be right in town. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

This was our 5th time in Belize, we have always stayed at air bnb’s. The hosts have always been nice and helpful, but Barb went far above and beyond. She was very communicative throughout the booking process, and had a ton of super helpful recommendations for taxi’s, golf car rentals, and wonderful food and activities. At check in we had ezequiel the concierge waiting to make us all a wonderful rum punch. After delays, cancellations in flights our travel took us 2 days to arrive. So the drinks upon arrival definitely were very appreciated. The house was beautiful and well cleaned/stocked, and super peaceful. To me, my favorite part was the pier. The owners have started an artificial reef under the dock that attracts all sorts of fish/skate/sharks and eels. Not to mention non stop action from the pelicans:). Such an amazing house/location and host. Could not of asked for a more pleasant stay.

La Perla Azul is a beautiful property. There's a full 2br/2bath condo upstairs and another full 1br downstairs (2 if you count the private office with pullout couch and separate second bathroom). You've got a private pool, private dock, rinse and wash area for scuba or fishing. Barb, the host, is amazing. She's friendly, professional, and has absolutely everything covered. She helped us with literally every step as this was our first time to Belize. Highly recommend!

To start Barbara is an amazing host, proactive is a understatement she helped us set up everything we needed from the cabs to golf cart rentals and all activities. The house itself is amazing with the ocean in the backyard. We felt very safe and at home here such a relaxing place! And the AC works amazing on those hot days I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever coming back to Belize !
