The apartment needs several repairs, especially for the basic amenities, such as being able to shower and wash the dishes with running water. Only the master bathroom had good water pressure. We had no gas when we arrived, and there were no garbage bags in the trash cans. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very noisy, and the one in the living room didn't provide any air. It's one of the apartments where they've given me the least kw of electricity, because it was 12 kw per day, but I ACCEPTED and that's why I'm not complaining, but I couldn't use the fans. I really like the area. It's very quiet and close to everything.

everything was very good. the house is at a great location, everything is as the pictures but even more beautiful in person. kitchen is perfectly equipped. host super helpful. staff very kind.
