The Space

The apartment needs several repairs, especially for the basic amenities, such as being able to shower and wash the dishes with running water. Only the master bathroom had good water pressure. We had no gas when we arrived, and there were no garbage bags in the trash cans. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very noisy, and the one in the living room didn't provide any air. It's one of the apartments where they've given me the least kw of electricity, because it was 12 kw per day, but I ACCEPTED and that's why I'm not complaining, but I couldn't use the fans. I really like the area. It's very quiet and close to everything.

A very peaceful place. A bit off the beaten path of downtown but just minutes away. Very quiet hosts, no issues.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

The location of the listing is perfect , right next to the village where you can walk. The apartment is very clean and the cleaning is perfectly done once a week We were there for a long stay Our host Benjamin is proactive and very friendly . He responded to our special requests without a problem and quickly The pool area deserves to be better laid out with more flowers and plants to make it more charming . Lounge chairs are missing but the pool is a plus .
