Beautiful apartment very close to San Juan del sur , Benjamin was quick to respond to our requests however the balcony overlooks the road , very noisy during the day not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Super safe and close to the village. Super nice apartment, furnished and everything you need. The very friendly caretaker lords the whole time and helped us with any questions.

The square is the pool too as well as the apartment. However, it's right by a busy road. So it's pretty loud. The owner is helpful, but doesn't respond very quickly. Be careful to pay the right electricity price. Small hanging at this level, but everything is over.

As well as being a very attentive host, Benjamin is a wealth of information on San Juan Del Sur. The condo’s location allows for easy access to town for restaurants/bars while still being able to have a peaceful night’s sleep.

My partner and I stayed at Ben’s place for a month and it was a great base. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at in recent years, better than the photos. Ben was a fantastic host- super responsive, helpful, and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was going well. The kitchen was well stocked (including a blender!) which we really appreciated. The large kitchen table was great for work, we could both spread out easily. The WiFi is good; for two people with heavy usage I’d definitely recommend a travel router to be safe, we had zero problems that way. The location is about 15ish minutes away from town and you’ll need to take a small boat over the river inlet for 10 cords pp or walk across at low tide. The road outside of the complex can get noisy, I’m an incredibly light sleeper but playing a sound machine track on my phone did the trick. Overall, we definitely recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
