We spent two nights in this house with the family. It has 4 bedrooms and is perfect for 10 people. We were very comfortable. The views are beautiful and the pool invites you to enjoy a good swim. The area is on a hill, so a 4x4 vehicle is required to get there. We were pleased with the stay!

Everything was excellent. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It had four rooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the view was spectacular.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vista Real! The views are truly unreal and were one of the highlights of our trip. Juan and Yessenia were incredibly attentive whenever we needed anything while also giving us plenty of privacy and space to enjoy our vacation. Communication has been top tier. The house was clean, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare meals, relax by the pool, and enjoy evenings grilling while taking in the breathtaking sunsets. We especially loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the incredible vistas. A 4x4 vehicle is definitely recommended, but once you get familiar with the roads, it's easy to get to San Juan del Sur and the beautiful surrounding beaches. We felt completely at home and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay!

Stayed at this great property for a few with my family while traveling throughout Nicaragua. The property is great, but you will need a 4X4 vehicle to get to it. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we were confused was the electricity limitations as far as how much electricity you consume, but it was ok we were within range in our stay and the host was very kind and helpful as well as the gentleman who takes care of the property.

Amazing place and amazing people

This place is amazing . No need to look any further if you are staying in San Juan Del Sur this is a great experience the staff is very helpful with check in and then they leave you alone until check out but they are only a call away for anything you need the views and amenities are top shelf . I felt like I was living in a movie. The one thing you MUST have is a vehicle that can navigate the terrain I would recommend a 4x4 we rented a Toyota Fortuner and I am so glad we did . We had no issues with getting in that . You are only about a 7 to 10 minute ride from the beach and city center and there is a grocery store near the entrance Dint hesitate in booking this property it is well worth it .

The place is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures, maybe even better than the pictures! The views are amazing! I would say that there are very steep roads, so I would recommend a truck! Other than that host was attentive and we enjoyed our time in this lovely home!

Great place to stay!! Recommend!!

We came for just over a week and loved it. We knew we were staying a few min from town (barely 5 minutes with a car - and you will want transport sorted) and so it was perfect. Quiet, dark and peaceful all night long, with more than enough space for us to cook, eat and enjoy the house. Pool was great. Bathrooms great. Bedrooms great - and amazing views from all rooms.

It's the perfect place for a vacation; the place is super comfortable, and the view of San Juan del Sur is one of the best you could possibly have! I loved the comfort of the house and the privacy of the place! Definitely 100% recommended, and I've saved it as one of the best Airbnbs in the area for future stays.

The property has a spectacular view of the bay; since it is located high up, you can't hear the ocean. The bedrooms are fully equipped and comfortable. They were always attentive to our needs. San Juan del Sur never disappoints, and this beach house is top-notch—we will definitely be back.

The first few days was during Holy Week so the town was nuts. Denise gave us recommendations for a delivery service that was wonderful. All of her recommendations were! The house cleaners were sweet and the caretaker and his son were attentive. The guard dog was sweet as could be and follows us a bit when we went to town on foot. We will book through Denise when we come back

Overall, the place is 10/10. They are working on the entrance to the road, but that's a temporary thing! Once it's fully paved, it will be more than a success! But when it comes to the house, it has a great view and all the necessary amenities—it's amazing, and I felt right at home! The staff members who are in charge of guest services respond very kindly and provide solutions to make your stay safe and reliable. I loved it and would come back many, many more times.

Loved our stay! The view is spectacular, the people who manage the Airbnb are very kind and helpful, the rooms are large, and the premises are clean. When booking, you should be aware that you will need to rent a vehicle capable of climbing steep slopes. Not all car rental companies are open on Sundays. This point requires a bit of planning.

This is a great location with beautiful views in the apartment and at the pool. The host is very responsive to any issues that we had and communicated very well. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook for your family and friends. I would recommend this property to my friends.

Beautiful sunsets, amazing ocean, and night sky views. Wonderful weather in the evenings and the mornings, fairly warm during the day. Calm and nice surroundings. Don't expect full privacy, though. The caretakers live downstairs. There is something about local electricity that could turn into a very expensive charge. However, we had no problems. Specifically, if you followed the owner's advice. Their caretakers were wonderful to us. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with our decision, and I recommend this beautiful place and host. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The views are fantastic! The house is in a good location, close to San Juan's attractions. Juan who lives right next door for maintenance is very kind and was always there if we had any questions or needed anything.

The property has a phenomenal and impressive view of the SJDS bay; one of the best in the area! Description and pictures of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and amenities of the property are quite accurate! Melissa was the person who was present at the time of entering and vacating the property; she was very friendly, cordial and quite flexible; her instructions were clear and easy to follow! Some of the details that were notable during our stay were in the pool area; in the green area (around the pool) we found empty chewing gum wrappers and tictacs, several q-tips and wipes! The pool is in a condition of NOT being used immediately, as is the refrigerator! Despite these small drawbacks, our stay was quite pleasant and staying at Denise's house is totally recommended! This stay is beautiful, I loved the pool and view. I do wish it had a light in the pool for night swimming. Nevertheless I plan to stay here again in a few months. Make sure you have a 4x4 to get there.

The lady and her husband who live downstairs and take care of the housekeeping are impeccable. Always respectful when we asked to sleep instead of cleaning, the cleaning has always been well done they did more than what I am used to. Always smiling, always in a good mood, never bothered by the noise even when we thought it was a little loud. I couldn't have asked for better service from them really. They are always available for whatever help is requested. 10/10!!

The house is excellent with spectacular views, located in one of the best areas of San Juan del Sur. The host's service was super good, 10 out of 10.
