This home was built to accommodate travelers looking for both luxury and convenience. Located minutes from the center of town. This three bedroom home sleeps up to ten people, has everything a traveller would expect, such as: A/C, wifi, hot water, kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, all of this together makes this home ideal for visitors. The space Open concept house, with screens doors that open to patio. Cross ventilation all around the house. The living/kitchen area does not have AC just fans. - There is AC in every bedroom - Due to the high cost of electricity in Nicaragua, we provide 35 Kilowatts per night, which is more than enough for a comfortable stay. Most people don't go over the limit but please turn off the AC when not in use. - The pool is 100% private not shared with anyone else. - We provide 5 gallons of drinking water per reservation; the tap water is from a well, which is good enough for washing/bathing but NOT I for drinking. - There is a BBQ grill; the staff can help with the use of it. - Basic cooking essentials are also included. - There is a washer and dryer and the housekeeper can do laundry for $5 per wash. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. We have in the back a service area, where our caretaker lives, he helps with security, pool/gardens maintenance and overall help to guests. Other things to note Electricity: It is not all included in the rental price. For short term rentals we include 35kw/h per day, if you use more than that you will be charged USD0.50 cents per Kw/h. For long term rentals (28+ days or when discounted monthly rate applies)we do not include electricity at all and it must be paid separately along with internet & water. The average usage is 15-35KW per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us maintain our rental price as electricity in Nicaragua is very expensive. Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when not in use. Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to give a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement in which you accepts responsibility for paying electricity if you exceed usage as stated above and also agreeing to pay any damage done to the condo.
