Terrific place in a wonderful neighborhood and host was very responsive! There were a plethora of great restaurants in walking distance even for my family with young kids. And a great running trail literally outside the unit.

Me and my friends had a great time in Mexico City. The house was beautiful and very clean. Our host did a great job with communicating making sure that everything was OK with our stay and check-in was very easy. Can’t wait to come back and stay in this place again.

Great hosts! The apartment was very nice and the hosts were always responsive. This apartment is in an excellent location with lots of shops, restaurants, and a subway stop a few blocks away. As other noted the stairs feel a bit awkward to get up but it was not an issue. Beds and pillows were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well provisioned. The building security was great and always made us feel safe.

The hosts communicated the instructions very clearly and the area is amazing to get introduced to Mexico City. It is the perfect blend of authenticity and feeling safe to walk around. The restaurants and the people around were amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Condesas Home. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, it was located central to everything we wanted to do! Communication with the host was easy; they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience. Design focused, well-located, secure, and comfortable. This place was great for slow mornings or early evenings while finding time to relax during our visit. The building design was spectacular and the unit was well furnished.

Excellent beautiful place in the heart of MXC! I wish the check in was a little earlier but overall perfect place to stay!

The location was amazing and the building is beautiful. The host was very kind a responsive and allowed us to drop off our luggage early. I did expect some more basic amenities for the price point. The 10 am checkout is also very early. The host try to accommodate where they could.

The entire team was so supportive, fast to respond, and gave us many great ideas to maximize our trip to Mexico City. 10/10 would recommend. The home is comfortable, modern, and a perfect location for the best restaurants and bars in the city. We will absolutely be returning for future trips.

This was an awesome apartment and a beautiful location. We left previous lodging because it was so loud with the busy streets. No major noise at all and the apartment was beautiful!

Had a great experience! The location was peaceful and close to several good restaurants and bars, walkable to many nearby neighbourhoods and close to the train. Place itself was a clean and perfect for the group, hosts were very responsive.

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Penthouse was everything. Location was fabulous. Tucked away but close to the city when you want it. We loved the neighborhood vibe around our area and enjoyed our adventures to the city when we wanted it. Very close and convenient to everything. Host is phenomenal at responding but we really didn’t need too much correspondence as everything was already taken care of. Look forward to returning.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and it was very comfortable. It is very centrally located and you can walk to many places. It is close to the main streets, and the space, the light and everything is very nice. We loved it. We would definitely return and we recommend it for a comfortable stay and a good option for days in the city. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and we always felt safe. I want to make a very special mention of the building guards who are very kind, polite and always looked after us.

Great location, very proactive and responsive host. Very clean and well equipped condo situated in the heart of Condessa. Checking in was easy however you will need to provide photo identification for all of your guests staying at the condo to the host ahead of time so that is something to keep in mind. The area is very safe and quiet at night, but just a few blocks away from all the bustles in Condessa/Roma Norte! Lastly, not all room have AC, two of the bedrooms on the second floor do not have AC. Luckily it wasn't an issue in late September. We hope to visit CDMX again soon!

Everything was excellent, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was clean. Some parts are deteriorated, but nothing that impacts the experience. I would definitely stay there again

We had a great stay and I’m happy to give this apartment 5 stars! The central, walkable location was perfect, communication with the hosts was easy, and we appreciated being able to arrange early check-in. Both units (2nd and 5th floors) were clean, fit our group of 11 comfortably, and the three bathrooms in each made getting ready a breeze. Hot showers with great pressure made it a perfect landing pad between exploring. A few tweaks could make it truly feel like a luxury stay: refresh the bathrooms (paint chips, etc.), note ahead that there are only two sets of keys and staff aren’t always in the lobby, and add extra high-quality towels. Street noise at night, a smaller single bed on the second floor, and a tiny elevator (fits three) are worth noting, as is the lack of AC—fine in late August but something for warmer months. Overall, a solid choice with a fantastic location that could shine even more with a few updates.

Amazing place, will visit again!

This was an amazing Air B&B. It's clean, has a great balcony, a huge TV you can sign into, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for the whole family. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. In fact, I felt horrible because my son got sick and threw up in the elevator when I wasn't home to clean it up, and they very graciously took care of the mess for me. There is a security gate and another locked door to the complex, and a security guard during the week. They're happy to store bags if you're travel plans conflict with check-in/check-out, and they were even able to accommodate our requests for early/late check ins. It's right on Amsterdam, two blocks from a grocery store.

Perfect location with lots of delicious cafes, great shopping, and groceries nearby. Well appointed penthouse and very clean. Loved the jacuzzi and closet space! It was truly a pleasure staying here. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Not only was our stay comfortable and enjoyable, but also truly memorable.

Beautiful home, great location. Tons of space spread over three floors (with a lift to get you to the unit). Loved the steam room and roof plunge pool. Friendly doormen to building for extra security and luggage storage. What makes the place extra special is the Condesa Local team. Truly top notch communication and helpfulness. I will seek out their rentals next time I'm in CDMX.

The perfect airbnb for our mexico trip. Clean, spacious, A/C and just an incredible location. We felt totally safe walking to and from the apartment, and of course while in it. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and it was really easy to get to polanco and other parts of CDMX that you might be interested in. There are a ton of restaurants and bars nearby. We did 6 nights here and it was so nice to be able to just CHILL comfortably for those tough mornings after a looong night out :) Highly recommend and would absolutely book here again when I return. It's worth the money!!

Highly recommend this AirBnB if you are staying in Condesa! We had a group of 6 and this AirBnB comfortably housed us. The space matched exactly what was pictured in the listing and our hosts were were incredibly friendly - they would proactively check in on us and ask whether we needed anything. The location is amazing too and very walkable to great coffee shops, restaurants and bars! One thing to note is that some parts of the property is a bit dated and could be looked into making repairs, such as loose floorboards, irresponsive light fixtures and loose stair steps. Despite these things it didn't bother us doing our trip because we were out and about, but I think addressing this would make this place even better than it already is! I will likely book this place again in the future, especially when traveling with a medium sized group!

There is simply no need to look any further! This property is the absolute PERFECT place for your Mexico City getaway. The hosts were the most responsive I’ve ever encountered. The penthouse is breathtaking and even better than what any of the pictures could possibly convey. The 24 hour security is an added benefit and helps you feel extra safe in an already safe neighborhood in Mexico City. Check out their Insta page because they have painstakingly provided the BEST recommendations for local food, drinks, shopping, and fun. Everything you could need or want is easily within walking distance. The open concept and double story floor to ceiling windows and sliding patio door doors create the ultimate treehouse hideaway feel. I simply can’t say enough about this property.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing location between Parque Mexico and Parque Espana. Apartment was clean, beds comfy. The layout is perfect for groups - each nice sized bedroom has its own full bath plus a large common living area. The host responded immediately to our questions. The doorman was sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn’t be better. From restaurants and coffee shops to grocery stores and walking paths, it was perfect. I loved the modern and open design of the apartment and the couch was so comfortable! The only thing I would not recommend is to book this apartment if you have little children. The staircase is open and steep. They are very responsive to anything you need and the doormen are always there to assist. We all felt very safe. I would definitely book this apartment again.

This Airbnb was perfect for the group of 6 of us and our fun birthday trip to CDMX! It is located in a very walkable area and/or a quick uber to all the best restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. The host was also extremely responsive and made sure to go above and beyond to help make our stay an enjoyable one and stress-free trip. I especially appreciated the flexibility in allowing us check in early before the rest of the group got into the city. The host and maintenance team were also on top of it in making sure the jacuzzi was set up and hot for our group! Lastly, in terms of safety, we felt the neighborhood and doorman security made us feel at ease. Thank you for being such great hosts. The Airbnb was beautiful, spacious, and absolutely fit what we needed.

Great location. Close to restaurants, cafes, grocery store, taco place. Even a cafe next door. Beautiful mature trees directly in front of the dramatic windows/terraces. despite being close to two major roads it was very quiet. Comfortable beds. Bedrooms nicely isolated from each other and private. Ultra contemporary design kitchen. Secure building. A pleasant stay. Because of the glass spiral staircase to the master bedroom floor, this apartment may not be for folks with balance issues or disabilities. But there is a lovely bedroom on the main floor with private bathroom.

We had a wonderful month long stay! Gris, Esther and Ernesto who all take care of managing aspects of the apartment were responsive and helpful. The door staff in the building made us feel welcome and safe. The apartment has 3 bedrooms as described. The upstairs primary bedroom is spacious and lovely but lacks a proper closet and shares the bathroom with the bedroom on the floor. This bedroom is an interior room without a closet and is rather small. The 2nd proper bedroom that is downstairs is a queen bed with a sofa, tv, ample closet, and its own bathroom. Bathrooms are sufficient but dates. The spiral staircase is rather precarious as steps are glass and railing is not stable or solid so dangerous for children. Also, desk area that overhangs the living room is precarious but if careful, it is a lovely spot to work. The kitchen is nice and easy to care for. Overall, a great space. Easy to have guests and have multiple people stay at once. Definitely ideal for short stays.

Fantastic host and accommodation. Location is unbeatable

Rented Condesa Local for a long weekend in CDMX with a group of 15 (mostly couples). The apartments were exactly what we wanted. The listing consists of 2 apartments (4 bed/3 bath each) on the 2nd and 5th floors in the same building. They are linked by a key-card controlled elevator that opens directly to each apartment which made it easy for people in each apartment to seamlessly move between the two units. Both apartments are nicely-appointed and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The Local team was fantastic. They gave clear instructions, offered lots of suggestions for things to do in CDMX, and were super responsive. And then there’s the location. In the heart of Condesa and right next to Roma, the apartment is in the center of everything. Pull up a google map of all the best restaurants, bars, etc. in CDMX and all of them will be within a mile of the apartment. The area is safe, walkable, and full of shops, cafes, bars, and taquerias. You will fall in love with CDMX.
