8BR Condo in Mexico City

The places are really great. In a great location and easy to access. Feel very clean, safe and comfortable to accommodate everyone. Hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting MXDC

We had a great stay and I’m happy to give this apartment 5 stars! The central, walkable location was perfect, communication with the hosts was easy, and we appreciated being able to arrange early check-in. Both units (2nd and 5th floors) were clean, fit our group of 11 comfortably, and the three bathrooms in each made getting ready a breeze. Hot showers with great pressure made it a perfect landing pad between exploring. A few tweaks could make it truly feel like a luxury stay: refresh the bathrooms (paint chips, etc.), note ahead that there are only two sets of keys and staff aren’t always in the lobby, and add extra high-quality towels. Street noise at night, a smaller single bed on the second floor, and a tiny elevator (fits three) are worth noting, as is the lack of AC—fine in late August but something for warmer months. Overall, a solid choice with a fantastic location that could shine even more with a few updates.

Rented Condesa Local for a long weekend in CDMX with a group of 15 (mostly couples). The apartments were exactly what we wanted. The listing consists of 2 apartments (4 bed/3 bath each) on the 2nd and 5th floors in the same building. They are linked by a key-card controlled elevator that opens directly to each apartment which made it easy for people in each apartment to seamlessly move between the two units. Both apartments are nicely-appointed and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The Local team was fantastic. They gave clear instructions, offered lots of suggestions for things to do in CDMX, and were super responsive. And then there’s the location. In the heart of Condesa and right next to Roma, the apartment is in the center of everything. Pull up a google map of all the best restaurants, bars, etc. in CDMX and all of them will be within a mile of the apartment. The area is safe, walkable, and full of shops, cafes, bars, and taquerias. You will fall in love with CDMX.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! Our stay was fantastic!

Gorgeous Apts and incredible location - cannot get more central to the trendy spots in Mexico City! The apt was stylish, comfortable beds / amenities and the hosts were so responsive to any questions that we had. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10! Would definitely recommend a stay here!!

had a big life celebration here with a large group of old friends. really loved the apartments, the location and the overall experience. the goat was flexible and had a amazing communication throughout. absolutely easy and everything we wanted. very much look forward to returning.

Airbnb was great for our party of 15. It was very spacious and had enough room for all of us to enjoy and hangout together. The gate didn’t end up working for a bit in the morning but the host was responsive and had someone come out to repair it while we were away. Would definitely book again if given the opportunity!

Great stay overall! Beautiful apartments with super friendly and responsive hosts

Our stay at Local Co’s two apartments in Condesa was absolutely fabulous. The two apartments are on the second and fifth floors in one building, easily accessible to each other via private elevator or back staircase. They are similarly laid out, each with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, full and open kitchens and spacious living/dining areas. They are full of light and beautifully decorated and were impeccable upon our arrival. A Local Co rep met us at the door to greet us upon arrival and show us the apartments, which are in an excellent and absolutely gorgeous neighborhood- fully walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, parks etc. Local Co was very responsive to any request we made and were an absolute pleasure. The building is staffed with a receptionist/doorman at the front desk, all of whom were gracious and helpful. We were a party of ten and extremely comfortable. We had an amazing vacation and would certainly book again. Muchisimas Gracias!

Great pair of apartments! Really appreciate the big kitchens, comfortable beds, and incredible location. The hosts were very communicative, answered all of our questions, and coordinated a quick repair during the stay.
