Check-in is at 4 pm, which is very late, and check-out is at 10 am, which is very early, especially for a place like Mexico City. It feels like they're cutting one day off your reservation… For the price I paid, I would have expected a little more flexibility in this regard.

Great hosts! The apartment was very nice and the hosts were always responsive. This apartment is in an excellent location with lots of shops, restaurants, and a subway stop a few blocks away. As other noted the stairs feel a bit awkward to get up but it was not an issue. Beds and pillows were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well provisioned. The building security was great and always made us feel safe.

The hosts communicated the instructions very clearly and the area is amazing to get introduced to Mexico City. It is the perfect blend of authenticity and feeling safe to walk around. The restaurants and the people around were amazing!

NO AIR-CONDITIONING. I wanted to highlight this for any future renters. They did provide two small fans in the upstairs rooms, nothing in the main area or downstairs. The unit gets HOT at night making it uncomfortable. From the photos, each room has a dedicated AC unit - but they do not provide the remote to use them. They don't list it as an amenity which is how they bait & switch you. The floor in the kitchen needs some work as the creek and some pieces are loose. The glass staircase has a few loose steps so be careful. also note the railing is a fairly thin piece of metal screwed to the wall at certain points. We left after the first night and checked into a hotel instead. I'm sure the hosts are pleased with the free cash they just received for an unused stay.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location couldn’t be better — steps from great shops, restaurants, cafés, parks, and bars. The space itself is beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were very communicative throughout our stay, and the building’s 24-hour doorman made us feel very secure. We truly loved our stay and would return again in a heartbeat.
