⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. It was especially great for our children, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The hosts were accommodating and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The biggest highlight was being located within Rancho Santana. Having easy access to the beautiful beaches, incredible restaurants, family-friendly activities, and the overall safety and security of the community made our vacation even more enjoyable. It truly was the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Our stay was amazing. This has definitely been one of the best houses we've ever stayed at in the area. The value for money is spectacular and, honestly, it's the best you'll find around here. The house is even prettier in person; the photos really don't do it justice. Everything was immaculately clean, beautiful, comfortable, safe, and cared for down to the smallest details. In addition, it is a few steps from the ocean, which makes the location perfect. We also had the opportunity to go eat at the Tres Ceibas restaurant, which is nearby and where you can go by making a reservation in advance. The host was super friendly, attentive and always willing to help us. He has definitely been one of the best hosts we've had on Airbnb.

Excellent oceanfront place to relax and rest

Great house. The 8 of us fit comfortably at James house. Beds were comfortable. Not beachfront but it’s only about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There a a couple of restaurants at iguana (nearby) but we choose to cook at the house. Kitchen has everything you need! Nice view of the golf course. The house was very clean. You could here the monkeys close by. James the owner was very responsive and friendly. Let us check out later!!! There is another unit/apartment right next to the main house with guests staying there. But we never saw them. We felt like we had privacy. We’ve been to iguana many times. This was our first time staying at James’s house. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Amazing house, very close to the beach. Air conditioning in all rooms. Beautiful pool, daily maintenance to keep the water and surroundings looking good. Well-equipped kitchen. Charcoal grill available. A few minutes' walk to the waves of Colorado and Panga Drops. Super quiet place, well located, excellent communication with the owner.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The photos don't do it justice. The place is much better, the service is the best. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back.

Second time we’ve stayed at this house. First one was during Semana Santa, and now for my mother’s 70th birthday, which translated to a bigger party, 14 adults plus toddlers, and we fitted in perfectly and comfortably. James was very attentive, reachable and proactive. Helped us accommodate extra mattresses in the casita, which also has its own central A/C and kitchen. So plenty of space and options. Pool is nice. You are also next to the golf course, which gives a nice view and peaceful place to hang around in the backyard. Fully recommend, and we are looking forward to our next time here.

Muy bonita la casa! Amazing house and the in great state. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Very private since your in the middle of the jungle with a 30 second walk to a practically private beach front! Provided lots of cooking and cleaning tools. Definitely will come again!!

The place was perfection. I will stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone. The pool is fantastic and it's a pretty private setting. The owners were visiting the main house for a couple days so we got to spend time with them also. That was extra nice.

Awesome place host was extremely accommodating

Comfortable, airy place with vaulted-type (bamboo?) ceiling. Very roomy pad with everything you need: ample bottled water, surf closest, pool, a couple outdoor showers, and a friendly cat, Lulu. It's just couple minutes walking away from two beach accesses on either side that put you you another 5 minutes to either Colorados or Panga Drops depending on your preference. Grounds keeper who keeps the pool clean of debris and cleaning/laundry available periodically (we stayed 5 days). Internet was plenty good enough for doing some work and taking video calls when needed. James is very responsive and on top of getting it handled if anything arises. No complaints at all.
