Excellent oceanfront place to relax and rest

The most beautiful house right on the beach. Perfect location and steps to a very good restaurant Pilis. Great place for kids very private with spacious, clean rooms. The host James was very friendly and answered immediately every question. Will definitely be coming back here!

Great stay for a week overlooking Colorados. House was great, AC in the rooms were cold, house was well appointed, and location was great. Steps to surfing and Pili's is a few houses down for sunset.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy the pool and ocean views from a stunning house, or walk out the back porch to enter an incredible surf break, this house has it all! The house sits right in front of the surf break Colorados, so you can just grab your board and walk in, or if you prefer watching, you have the perfect view. The house was exactly as the photos - big, clean, beautiful, but still felt warm and homey. The staff working there were lovely and went above and beyond to keep the place immaculate. James was an incredible host. He gave wonderful suggestions about the area, was always helpful, and was extremely responsive. We are still in contact and I am already planning for a return trip as soon as possible! Seriously, don’t pass on the opportunity to stay here - it will be the highlight of your stay in Nicaragua! James was absolutely phenomenal in corresponding, answering questions and setting up transport for us from and return to airport. Can’t recommend the house and James enough!

All was great - we’ve been to Playa Colorado several times before but we’ve never stayed at this particular house - it was excellent.
