Arbolito Viejo (whole house)

Second time we’ve stayed at this house. First one was during Semana Santa, and now for my mother’s 70th birthday, which translated to a bigger party, 14 adults plus toddlers, and we fitted in perfectly and comfortably. James was very attentive, reachable and proactive. Helped us accommodate extra mattresses in the casita, which also has its own central A/C and kitchen. So plenty of space and options. Pool is nice. You are also next to the golf course, which gives a nice view and peaceful place to hang around in the backyard. Fully recommend, and we are looking forward to our next time here.

Our stay in this house was very nice. From the start, the host was attentive, friendly, and communicated clearly and promptly, making check-in easy. The property is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces are functional and just as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient, just minutes from the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the beach while also benefiting from a peaceful environment. We especially appreciated the host's willingness to help and answer any questions. Definitely a recommended place for those looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is getting a bit dated with a few maintenance things needing to be done but it didn’t stop us from making great memories, sleeping well, and enjoying the beautiful location and beaches!

James place was great, in front of the golf court, nice comfortable areas in the house. 5 minutes form the beach. very private place
