Villa Ohana is an oceanfront villa featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, breaking waves, coastal blowholes, and distant volcanic mountains. Every bedroom and living space enjoys these breathtaking vistas.

Situated directly on the coastline, the property includes a private pathway winding through mature tropical gardens, providing convenient access to the beach and nearby surf break. The villa is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and all modern amenities expected from a high-quality residence.

The Space

The master bedroom with ocean views contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds plus a trundle bed.

The fourth bedroom is located beside the swimming pool, separate from the main house. This room provides close proximity to the ocean and surf, creating a tranquil retreat just steps from the water.

All bedrooms open onto lush tropical gardens and feature:

• Private en-suite bathrooms

Villa Ohana comfortably accommodates eight guests, with six sleeping in the main house and two in the poolside bedroom. Alternatively, the media room can serve as a sleeping area instead of the poolside bedroom if preferred.

The main living room showcases an ornate red brick vaulted ceiling and is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling bi-fold Nana doors, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to blend effortlessly.

A steady north-easterly ocean breeze flows through the home, accompanied by the soothing sound of the sea.

The dining area features a striking granite slab table with seating for eight, providing a beautiful setting for meals and gatherings.

Designed to maximize its stunning location, every bedroom offers ocean views, and the living areas are positioned to capture sunrises, sunsets, and surf throughout the day.

A large covered balcony provides deep shade from the Nicaraguan sun while capturing the prevailing breezes—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The property is surrounded by lush, mature landscaping that enhances privacy and tranquility.

Villa Ohana is situated within Rancho Santana, a gated coastal community spanning 2,700 acres and offering a variety of amenities.

Guest Access

Optional Resort Fee

Starting January 2023, Rancho Santana Resort Administration introduced a resort access fee for guests wishing to use resort amenities beyond dining at the main restaurant.

• $17.25 per person, per day
• Applies to all guests in the group
• Charged for the entire duration of the stay

Before arrival, guests will receive an email from the resort with the option to opt into these amenities and provide payment details if desired.
