We love the view! The condo is beautiful , comfortable and private. Close to many attractions. Close to the beach. Comfortable beds. All the staff ,is very friendly and nice . Very close to shopping stores. Eduardo amazing host. Thank you!

I chose this complex because I had already stayed there before, although this time in another apartment with a different owner. We will not book with this management company again for the following reasons: 1. Cleaning was poor. We found dirty towels and sheets crumpled up in several drawers. 2. Lack of timely notice. 3 of the 4 pools and the gym were closed for remodeling (the main reason for our booking). I contacted Eduardo and Ángel; one regretted not having another place available and the other only offered to recommend nearby gyms. I understand that the remodeling was not your fault, but it was your responsibility to notify us in advance so we could decide whether to modify or cancel. 3. The apartment needs maintenance. The pillows are in poor condition (we had to buy others), as are the pans, the cooler, and the grill. Even so, we enjoyed several good days outside the complex.

From check-in, we felt uncomfortable with the person who received us. They were not very friendly. Unfortunately, in Cabo, the service for foreigners and locals is very poor... this place was no exception. They were working in the area next to the pool, and all the dust was going towards it, not to mention the noise they were making with the tools while working. The best thing is that they have a large pool, but it was not possible to fully enjoy it because of the dust they kicked up when working, and it got in your eyes... the stay was not what we expected.

We spent a few incredible days. The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Eduardo was very attentive and was always available to us. Thank you for your hospitality. We would definitely come back. 100% recommended!

Disappointed with the false advertising of this apt. This is located in an apt complex where they hate the airbnb guests. The lady at the desk that welcomed us was very very hostel. They gave us a list of about 20-30 rules with ridiculous fees attached to them. $300 if you forget something at the pool, $300 fee if you wear shorts to the pool that isn't a swimsuit. $300 for any noise after 10. $300-$500 for everything imaginable and it's all just at their discretion. You have to wear a wrist band, no guests allowed and the people that oversee the complex and live there hate the Airbnb people. It's a very hostel situation. Also the balcony if you lean on it, you will die. It's super unsafe. Ended up immediately booking a different spot and just eating the cost. These rules need to be advertised and agreed to before booking

The apartment is very comfortable, the decoration is very nice, it is very well equipped, and it has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. We loved it. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Eduardo's place was amazing. Great host and great experience overall. I would (and have) highly recommeneded this to all my friends and family. Charlie was our on-site butler and he ensured all of our needs were taken care of promptly and easily. He organized amazing food (really the best we had in cabo), a bartender, and even a chess set and playing cards.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The house was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views we enjoyed while in the infinity pool! The chef's food was outstanding—every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, from making drinks and cleaning daily to arranging dinner reservations, golf outings, and boat excursions. We traveled with a group of 23 people and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The team even helped coordinate balloon decorations for our 70s-themed party. A special thank you to Diego, who was my main contact before the trip. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless. This was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. We plan to go back!

We were there for a five day vacation. Highly recommended, especially for a family or a group of people. We really enjoyed our say lots to do and easy walking distance to good restaurants and the beach.
