Elegí este complejo porque ya me había hospedado antes, aunque en esta ocasión con otro departamento y propietario. No volveremos a reservar con esta empresa administradora, por lo siguiente: 1. La limpieza fue deficiente, encontramos toallas y sábanas sucias, hechas bola en varios cajones. 2. Falta de aviso oportuno, 3 de las 4 albercas y el gimnasio estaban cerrados por remodelación (motivo principal de nuestra reserva). Contacté a Eduardo y Ángel; uno lamentó no tener otro lugar disponible y otro solo ofreció recomendar gimnasios cercanos. Entiendo que la remodelación no era su culpa, pero sí lo era avisar con anticipación para decidir si modificábamos o cancelábamos. 3. El departamento requiere mantenimiento, las almohadas en mal estado (tuvimos que comprar otras), al igual que los sartenes, hielera y asador. Aun así, disfrutamos varios buenos días fuera del complejo.

Pasamos unos días increíbles. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. Eduardo fue muy atento y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Gracias por la hospitalidad, sin duda regresaríamos. ¡100% recomendado!

Eduardo, Elena and Angel were wonderful hosts. There place was very beautiful, comfortable and relaxing! The view of the Ocean and Cabo’s popular rock formations from the balcony \ patio was worth staying at their place in itself! I really enjoyed watching the Cruise Ships come and go as well as the daily excursion boats and yachts to the Arch. The amenities such as a well and fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and blender, showers that included shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, and the welcome gift bottle of Tequila went far beyond my expectations and definitely exceeded any 5 star hotel and Home Stay accommodations without the hefty price tag . In addition to there place being immaculate, it was very convenient with a Supermarket and Costco across the street, a Walmart within a 10 minute drive and close enough to downtown Cabo (where all the action is)), where you can catch an Uber under $10 US Dollars. I plan to rebook when I return to Cabo in the very near future.-Don

We had a great experience at Eduardo's apartment. Security was great, we felt very safe. We could walk just down the street to get groceries we were able to cook back at the airbnb. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful, and safe experience!

very nice residence- the view is really something else. Having the costco right in front of the apartment was super helpful. They had a parking place and overall the people working at the apartment complex were super friendly. The gym is a 10 out of 10.
