Good location, several restaurant options, bars, close to the heart of Cabo. Despite being far away, you can hear a karaoke that makes it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

From check-in, we felt uncomfortable with the person who received us. They were not very friendly. Unfortunately, in Cabo, the service for foreigners and locals is very poor... this place was no exception. They were working in the area next to the pool, and all the dust was going towards it, not to mention the noise they were making with the tools while working. The best thing is that they have a large pool, but it was not possible to fully enjoy it because of the dust they kicked up when working, and it got in your eyes... the stay was not what we expected.

Disappointed with the false advertising of this apt. This is located in an apt complex where they hate the airbnb guests. The lady at the desk that welcomed us was very very hostel. They gave us a list of about 20-30 rules with ridiculous fees attached to them. $300 if you forget something at the pool, $300 fee if you wear shorts to the pool that isn't a swimsuit. $300 for any noise after 10. $300-$500 for everything imaginable and it's all just at their discretion. You have to wear a wrist band, no guests allowed and the people that oversee the complex and live there hate the Airbnb people. It's a very hostel situation. Also the balcony if you lean on it, you will die. It's super unsafe. Ended up immediately booking a different spot and just eating the cost. These rules need to be advertised and agreed to before booking

We were there for a five day vacation. Highly recommended, especially for a family or a group of people. We really enjoyed our say lots to do and easy walking distance to good restaurants and the beach.

We wanted to use the pool. One of the main activities we wanted to do in Cabos was swim. The pool wasn’t available for use which was very disappointing for us. If we had known we were not going to be able to used the pool we would have booked somewhere else. Especially, for the price we paid.

It's a great place to stay but the Korokee across the way was way to loud until 5:00 a.m. every morning it is to bad we really like the place but that would be the only reason we wouldn't.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Since we arrived after 6 pm, the security guard was very helpful—he provided us with all the necessary information, gave us our wristbands, showed us the parking area, and guided us to the apartment. Check-in was smooth and convenient, as the host sends you the access code on the day your stay begins. The apartment itself was great—we really liked it. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. There are just a couple of minor areas for improvement: we weren’t able to adjust the temperature in one of the bedrooms, and in one bathroom, water tended to accumulate a bit. That said, the host was always in touch, very responsive, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, with private parking included. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the marina, which made it easy for us to leave the car behind and explore on foot. The amenities are also a big plus: there’s a pool and a gym.
