"A wonderful stay from start to finish! The place is as shown in the photos: very clean, tidy, comfortable and with everything you need to feel at home. The location is excellent, very well connected, and in a quiet and safe area. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible, which made our trip much easier. I would definitely choose this place again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 10/10, everything was perfect!"

Very good location, but with very absurd rules, such as that only 6 people could stay. It is understandable that only 6 people could stay to sleep, but if you are visiting for a short time, they should clarify that only 6 people can stay. Someone in my family who was staying had to leave in order to accommodate my aunt who was visiting.

You need a car to stay here as there isnt anything here but the unit was comfortable. We had issues with hob not working and same air-conditioning not working. I felt sorry for the host as he didn't really know how to fix the issues. there are many people working on the units still so they cant be old but the pools had lots of missing tiles etc. the location is ok but I imagine many would be bored there as ypu have to drive everywhere.

The place is easily accessible, in a very quiet area, close to the road that takes you to downtown Cabo San Lucas. The pools are clean, and the place is just like the photos. The hosts responded quickly to messages. I would definitely choose them again.

The apartment is well located. It's just that they do check in. Notify you to carry out repairs or place orders. In this case, the air conditioning was not working. We asked for it to be checked, but we were surprised that they came in without notifying us, and we had left our belongings behind. They stole chocolates, a perfume, and drinks from the refrigerator—items of little value, but it was still a theft. The host offered to pay, but we didn't accept. I doubt our information; trust their staff. Stay away!!!

The place was exactly as described!! Beautiful, clean and everything thing was about 10 mins away. We ended up using Ubers a lot so most of the ride were 8-9 USD. Our vacation very relaxing and quiet while we were in the condo. Definitely would recommend this place if you’re in your own world.
