We had the most wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. We loved the location. Close to town, is walkable but we mostly took Ubers. The grocery store is literally next door and we loved the restaurant Rural that was also so close. The house has literally everything you need and is just like the pictures. Perfect for our family of 6. We all had the best time!!!

Perfect home for a family vacation, everything we needed was right there. Very clean house. Will recommend to anyone who wants to visit tamarindo but still have the quiet with kids :)

There are so many places in the world to see, but if we were to come back to Playa Grande this is absolutely the place we would come back to. The house was perfect for our family with our 3 adult children. Kristena was very responsive and incredibly helpful when we needed help. We would highly recommend her place again.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina’s beautiful house. It was so peaceful, clean, comfortable, and well located. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Truly a treasure. I hope to come back often!

The property was just as described, plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and each family to have their own room/space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and the outdoor space with the deck, seating, and pool was a hit with everyone, especially the young ones. The pool is really a nice size for a larger group, and with the shelf even the little ones can walk back and forth in it. There are even some pool toys and floaters provided. The path to the beach through the woods was not long, and allowed us to leave the cars parked most of the time. It was so easy to walk down for the sunsets. The provided beach chairs and boogie boards were an added bonus. We visited Tamarindo and Flamingo, but the beach in Playa Grande was so much quieter we enjoyed it more. Everyone in our group said we should come back one day, and we all agreed we would stay there again if it's available.

Wow!! This place exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The home layout was perfect for our large group. It was clean and really a 5 minute talk down to the beach. The owners were so great with communication. I 100% recommend this place and would use them again!! Playa Grande was also so quiet and peaceful compared to Tamarindo, and always had the beach with only a handful of people, but a short drive there if you want the extra fun in Tamarindo.

The house was as listed and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The house, pool and yard are very well up kept and is a great place to relax. The house amenities were plentiful and all worked. Kristena was very responsive and helped us out with anything we needed throughout the stay. I would 10/10 recommend booking here.

We had a great stay. The walk to the beach takes you through a small forest and we always saw birds on the walk. The beach was very nice and, even though it was high season, was not crowded at all. As you walked further north, there were even fewer people. It is a surfing beach, so not ideal for swimming, but I would take an empty beach where you can still get in an enjoy the water to a crowded great swimming beach. There are also tide pools a short walk up the beach. As the listing indicates the room isn't large, but it was nice. There were private lounge chairs as well as a table outside. The pool and the entire grounds were nice. There was never a time when we wanted to swim and they were using the pool and the pool is large enough that sharing it wouldn't be a problem. The listing is clear that they live there and use the pool. The hosts were enjoyable and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

What can we say :) unbelievable week in Playa Grande! Location was the best, hosts communicated everything perfectly and the house felt cozey all while feeling like we found a gem. Will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay at Casa Pacifica! Kristena was a great host with wonderful recommendations. We absolutely loved the pool and general layout of the house & Casitas. Lots of fun pool toys, great outside grill, and kitchen was well stocked. Would absolutely recommend Playa Grande and Kristena & Jason’s home. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

This is a fantastic spot. It’s an easy walk to the beach and town. We had the pleasure of watching the howler monkeys in the trees behind us which was absolutely amazing to see. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We felt very safe and the pool was great.
