The Space
Welcome to your private villa in Playa Grande, just a five-minute walk from the beach. This newly built home offers an ideal setting to relax, whether you're planning a family vacation, yoga retreat, or surf trip.
The property includes a main house and a separate guesthouse. The main house features:

- A spacious kitchen with a large island perfect for seating and entertaining
- Primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and large sliding doors opening to the backyard and pool
- Secondary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, queen-size bed, and a bunk bed
- Third bedroom located next to a hallway bathroom
The cozy guesthouse contains:

Outside, you can unwind by the saltwater pool or barbecue on the patio surrounded by tropical jungle. The covered patio includes a large dining table with seating for 12 and a dedicated yoga area.

Wow!! This place exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The home layout was perfect for our large group. It was clean and really a 5 minute talk down to the beach. The owners were so great with communication. I 100% recommend this place and would use them again!! Playa Grande was also so quiet and peaceful compared to Tamarindo, and always had the beach with only a handful of people, but a short drive there if you want the extra fun in Tamarindo.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Espiritu with 7 adults and 3 kids under age 3. The beautiful and well-maintained home is great for large groups with an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The home is comfortable with laundry, good wifi, and good AC in the bedrooms. The backyard and pool are lovely! Would recommend renting a car if you want to explore. The roads are a bit bumpy— doable with a stroller but lots of weaving to avoid potholes/uneven roads and not such a smooth or quick stroller stroll. Not a ton of restaurants that feel like a safe walk, but enough! A short 5-7 min walk to the beach partially on a dirt path. We played pickleball at Community Tennis just a few min walk away. Stone is great! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home! Our hosts were highly communicative and always responded quickly.

We had such a wonderful stay!The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. This place is perfect for a large group! And the kitchen is so easy to cook in, as it has everything you need. The location was perfect for exploring Costa Rica, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Kristena was a kind and attentive host, quick to respond and full of helpful tips to make our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nous étions 3 familles et avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa spacieuse, et idéalement située à proximité de la plage. La villa est très bien équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Dan a été un hôte exemplaire, toujours très réactif et avec une communication impeccable. Merci Dan, vous avez grandement simplifié notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The location was great... within a short walking distance to playa grande and the food truck restaurants (one which had great sushi). The house, which I believe was newly redone, felt clean and safe. It had everything you needed for beds, shower and kitchen. It also had boggie boards, beach towels, and a small pool to cool off in after a hot beach day. Dan was very communicative and helpful in giving us instructions on how to get in, access the laundry, turn on lights (which were on Alexa) and use the security features. Dan was especially accommodating to us because we requested his place upon our arrival in Costa Rica since the other air bnb we reserved was somehow a fraudulent listing. We were so lucky that Dan responded right away to our request to book and was able to get us in the same day! He really treated us well and relieved us from a pretty stressful situation. Thankyou so much!!!
