The house was as listed and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The house, pool and yard are very well up kept and is a great place to relax. The house amenities were plentiful and all worked. Kristena was very responsive and helped us out with anything we needed throughout the stay. I would 10/10 recommend booking here.

Notre famille (5 pers) a séjourné 12 jours à l’oasis tropical. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien située. Légèrement à l’extérieur du centre-ville, elle permet de trouver le calme tout en profitant des plages et de la ville. Cependant, piscine nous a beaucoup déçu. À notre arrivé, elle était très sale. J’ai dû envoyer une photo des algues, et de balle souillée de mousse jaunâtre afin qu’on nous prenne au sérieux. Les hôtes ont été pro-actif, on demandé à l’entretien de venir rapidement. L’hôte nous a dit que s’était dû au vent et il a mélangé la saleté à la piscine alors que nous attendions l’homme de l’entretien!! Malgré les interventions, le problème s’est représenté. Selon nos observations le peu de filtration 4-5 hr par nuit n’est pas suffisant. On nous a répondu que filtrer 24/24 briserait la pompe, pourtant les autres piscines du quartier ont les mêmes installations et filtrent jour et nuit. Bref, on se baigne dans une mare d’eau stagnante. Sans cela la maison est A1

We had a perfect stay at this property! We all agreed we have never stayed anywhere as properly represented by the photos as this rental. The home was beautiful, and left you wanting for nothing. The housewares were plentiful, clean, and in great shape. The yard was truly an oasis, and there were so many other little touches that made you feel right at home (our kiddos had a blast with the giant tub of Lego!). The beach/main strip of Tamarindo was just a short five minute car/golf cart ride away, and literally down the street were multiple grocery options and restaurants (Rural was wonderful) that you could walk to within two minutes. Kristena was a wonderful host and so quick to answer the few questions we had throughout our ten day stay. We were sad to leave and would love to come back 😊

Great stay! Loved that we were only a 10 min drive to downtown and beaches. It was so nice hanging out by the pool. We loved every detail of the stay! If you need a place to stay with a big group, definitely recommend this one!

Nous avons passé une séjour inoubliable dans le logement de Kristena. La maison était tout simplement parfaite autant au niveau de la propreté, de l’aménagement et de l’équipement. Tout as été mis a notre disposition pour que nous puissions passer un beau séjour avec une très belle hospitalité de notre hôte. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Great property, exactly as described. Far enough from Tamarindo that you can get away from the business but close enough you can get the Restraunts and beach with ease. Highly recommend renting a golf cart.
