Great place!

We really enjoyed our three week stay at this La Perla unit. The building is well maintained, and we made good use out of the pool and gym. The unit itself is spacious and has nice tile flooring throughout which keeps it cool even on hot days. The main room gets lots of natural light. Location is good, just a short distance to the beach. We used a golf cart to get around town, but also went down to the beach on foot since it's less than a 10 minute walk. Send Me South was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay, and we also booked our golf cart through them. Our main negative comment with the unit is that the closet in the master bedroom is locked for owner use, so there is nowhere to hang clothes in the master bedroom. We had to hang clothes in the other bedrooms where our kids were sleeping.

This property made us feel right at home in Tamarindo and was a great choice for our family vacation. The outdoor space was outstanding - giving the property a resort feel with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful space with everything you would need. Access to beach club was a great space. Outside area was much larger than we expected. Saw howler monkeys up close sitting by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here in beautiful Langosta beach. Great location, very secure condominium with walking distance to the beach. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a lovely stay! The condo was incredibly comfortable with stunning views to the beach and mountains. We love the location as it’s a short walk to the beach. Great time! Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

The property exceeded expectations. It was clean, well-organized, and exactly as represented. south me south went above and beyond they were exceptional—consistently helpful, resspectful, and attentive. The community itself was welcoming, and I was able to easily connect with people in the complex, which added to the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home - easy walking to the beach and the beach club membership was a huge plus!

Nice place to stay... clean, and great hosts! A short scooter ride into town in Tamarindo if you don't mind that, it's the cheapest/easiest way to get around but Uber is an option as well. Thanks for the hospitality!
