Ubicado en el exclusivo complejo Peninsula, este espacio elegante y fresco promete unas vacaciones memorables. Situado en el sexto piso, este penthouse ofrece vistas impresionantes del Océano Pacífico y acceso a algunas de las mejores amenidades de la ciudad. El complejo Peninsula cuenta con:

Langosta cuenta con nuevos restaurantes, un pequeño supermercado y un bar deportivo a la vuelta de la esquina. La playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando cruzando la calle, y estás a solo una milla del famoso pueblo surfista de Tamarindo.
Diseñado para sentirse relajado, fresco y lleno de energía, este penthouse tiene:

Con una tina exterior (NO SE CALIENTA) y parrilla en la terraza principal, incluso podrías ver ballenas saltando a lo lejos, especialmente en febrero. El diseño permite acceso a la terraza desde la sala principal o la sala de TV.

Habitación principal: Ubicada al lado derecho del penthouse, cuenta con vista al mar, cama king size, baño privado con jacuzzi, vestidor, TV, caja fuerte, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado, acceso directo al balcón y refrigerador.

Habitaciones secundarias: Dos habitaciones ubicadas en lados opuestos del penthouse, con vista al mar y equipadas con dos camas queen cada una. Cada una tiene baño privado, vestidor, caja fuerte, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado, TV y balcón privado con hamaca y sofá.

Tercera habitación: Con vista al mar, cama king, baño privado, amplio espacio de almacenamiento y todas las comodidades necesarias.

Great penthouse for large groups! There were 12 adults and we had lots of space. Awesome place for a big group of 12. Lots of beds, bathrooms, living space, and a decent kitchen area. We didn’t use the pool or beach place so I can’t comment on those parts.

Had a really nice stay for a family of 11 (including two kids under 1). We had cribs and high chairs provided which was great. Apartment itself is well set up for a large family, with rooms spread out so you don't hear everyone :) A/C worked very well, wifi was great, kitchen very nice, beds comfy, showers strong and hot. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Mostly rocky at the closest part in the water (sandy beach) but an extra 3 min walk and it's nice ocean to wade into. Some great restaurants really close to the hotel including Italian and Indian. Small grocery store 5 min walk away. Pools were great, nice having a secured place as well (gate guard). We loved our stay, would definitely stay again. Responsive host, helpful with everything needed.

We traveled as a group of 14 people. It's a trip we take every year, but this year it was spectacular. The place is luxurious, super comfortable, and has more than you need. Melisa is super friendly, she was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us with a lot of willingness, with a lot of availability for what was offered to us, but honestly we didn't need to call her, everything was perfect. Looking forward to returning...

We were a family group of 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 toddlers. The Peninsula penthouse is a lovely condo to accomodate us all , with lots of room to spread out. Family members called this the best vacation EVER!! Melissa was the very best host I have ever dealt with—very prompt in all communication, and available our whole stay for questions. She provided us with much info for activities, local shopping and restaurant recs. She also made some arrangements (ie, golf cart rentals, cabana stays) . The Beach club was absolutely perfect for our needs, with everyone in the pool each day and teens able to spend time at beach with boogie /surf boards. (Beach club food is great with great service). The 2 pools at condo also were lovely and all pools perfect temp for swimming . Kiddie playground a plus for the toddlers). The sunsets at the end of day were spectacular. Yes, best vacation EVER!

The Penthouse was wonderful and just as described! There was plenty of space and beds for our two families, group of 11 total. The view from the patio was wonderful at sunset and during the day. The condo was easy to access and the host, Melissa, was very helpful and responsive. There were nice touches upon our arrival. The location was walkable to restaurants and the beach club. The only thing not ideal was that the jacuzzi was not heated (which seems typical for Costa Rica due to expense of electricity), but the other pools and exercise rooms were great. Highly recommend this rental and wish we had stayed longer!

The penthouse is wonderful! Location, space, views, and Melissa is the best host, communicating regularly and quick responses. Definitely rent a golf cart too. We would stay here again.
