We really enjoyed our three week stay at this La Perla unit. The building is well maintained, and we made good use out of the pool and gym. The unit itself is spacious and has nice tile flooring throughout which keeps it cool even on hot days. The main room gets lots of natural light. Location is good, just a short distance to the beach. We used a golf cart to get around town, but also went down to the beach on foot since it's less than a 10 minute walk. Send Me South was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay, and we also booked our golf cart through them. Our main negative comment with the unit is that the closet in the master bedroom is locked for owner use, so there is nowhere to hang clothes in the master bedroom. We had to hang clothes in the other bedrooms where our kids were sleeping.

The property exceeded expectations. It was clean, well-organized, and exactly as represented. south me south went above and beyond they were exceptional—consistently helpful, resspectful, and attentive. The community itself was welcoming, and I was able to easily connect with people in the complex, which added to the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Samantha reached out to offer transport service, and info on excursions in the area. She also quickly arranged a golf cart rental for us. Small issues that involved repairs were taken care of quickly and without us needing to be in the condo. Condo has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and each shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool was a lovely space. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Tamarindo. Thank you Samantha!
