Awesome and secure location in Longosta. Excellent for our small children with multiple pools and a playground. Short walk to the beach. The whole place was even nicer than we expected. 5/5

The only unexpected thing we found, was that everything was quite expensive, especially after having to buy American dollars to use as the Canadian dollar is devalued vs the US$. Shopping outside of very touristy Tamarindo was done to save money, but 1 case of water, 2 12 packs of local beer, plus bread, cold cuts and eggs cost well over $100 US. That's my observation and only surprise. Otherwise the beaches are beautiful, clean and the area, Playa Langosta is close to the excitement of Tamarindo but very quiet, and quite affluent. It's a bit of a walk to the beach when one can swim, but there is a more dramatic waterfront with big breakers over coral or lava waterfronts which beautiful if not exactly swimmable. Melissa organized our ride from the airport. She met us at the Peninsula condos and toured the suite with us. She was available throughout our stay and always responded quickly to any request or question. A lovely person. I highly recommend this luxury accommodation and her

This apartment was perfect for the 4 of us for the 5 days we spent in the Tamarindo area. Most enjoyable was the spacious patio, well appointed kitchen, and nearby beaches. We used the two pools regularly as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and a 10 minute walk took us into the chaos and excitement of central Tamarindo, which was an ideal arrangement for us. Melissa was a friendly and attentive host, and I would gladly stay again on our next visit.

most expensive part of Costa Rica from what I found out what my idea to have the wedding there I was just kind of drug into it but the Airbnb was in a very nice building etc etc... I never spend that kind of money for amenities for a place to sleep and watch TV I'm a miser Penny saved is a penny earned but I have no complaints and nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is our 5th time in Tamarindo, 1st time in this condo. Condo was clean, easy to access, close to town. Host was responsive. Would highly recommend.

Melissa's accommodation is a place I recommend to anyone who likes being close to the beach, tranquility, privacy and security. The place definitely met my expectations and the amenities of the condominium with excellent maintenance and very friendly people. Melissa's customer service and treatment was impeccable. It became my favorite place every time I go to Guanacaste ☺️
