This place is amazing! We loved our stay it was exactly what we were looking for. Very relaxing the view is simply incredible. We got to see monkeys, plenty of birds, praying mantis and iguanas. The pool was a life saver for the hot days. I would recommend to anyone, we really enjoyed our stay and were sad to go.

Casa Selva has everything you need to enjoy a good vacation in peace and quiet, and it has everything you need. We were able to bring our 3 pets with no problem.

This house was amazing for my 22nd birthday. Literally amazing. It was beautiful looked just like the pictures and very very safe. Security is on site 24hrs. Very easy to get around and the pool is just the perfect thing. I wouldn’t change my stay for a thing it was incredible and Nicaragua doesn’t owe me anything i enjoyed my stay. I 10/10 recommend and will definitely want to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my trip. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was easy, and the host made me feel very welcome from the beginning. The location was also great and convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful beach house in a perfect location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views were incredible, and the host was excellent to work with. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return.

This was our second time staying and had a blast! The views are gorgeous and we spent hours daily in the new pool! Maynor and Keyling took such good care of us and are just lovely people. Laura was extremely communicative and helpful. Hope to stay here again in years to come!

The area and the house were exactly what we were looking for. Loved the property itself and was a 5’ drive from the beach we liked the most. The host and staff were nice and attentive. The house has a safe box and, even though you feel safe, I highly recommend you to use it when not at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend the host.

My children, aged 10 and 14, my spouse and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful architect-designed house. The lush natural setting and the pool just a few steps away are excellent assets. However, some weak points affected our stay, notably the neighbor's music and, above all, the organization of communication: Multiple channels: The use of three messaging threads in addition to the Airbnb one has made communication more complicated. Lack of information: Due to our late arrival, which was communicated, written information would have been useful to locate the washing machine in the locked room or to know the equipment available (bodyboards, for example, in this room). Post-checkout follow-up: We were notified of a technical problem with the TV three days after our departure, although the cleaning lady was in the adjacent building 30 minutes before our checkout. This communication is the less pleasant aspect of this 3-week trip to Nicaragua

It was a gorgeous property. Enjoyed the private pool, the showers by the pool, the barbecue and the cabanas. The vibe was very cute , modern and it was tastefully done. Ac’s , Laundry worked really well. The caretaker Claudia on the property was very responsive and helpful and took good care of us. She responded to any potential issues right away. We also had her prep meals for us and pick up groceries which she did nicely for a good rate. The only thing is that the road access to the property was a little difficult. And there was water collected in a pot hole which some taxis were apprehensive to drive on. We did not rent a car which was good, but did find two taxi options who would come and pick us up and take us to where we need to go so that ended up not being a real problem for us. Overall, highly recommend this place !
