The Space

Casa Luna is a modern two-story ocean view home located in the eco-friendly community of Balcones de Majagual, just 12 kilometers from San Juan del Sur. This residence comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The upstairs master bedrooms offer high ceilings, cool tiled floors, screened windows for refreshing breezes, and stone en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate casita, providing a nature-inspired stay without air conditioning.

Wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys and enjoy views of humpback whales during the winter months. Casa Luna is situated within Central America's largest private wildlife corridor, home to sloths, iguanas, and exotic birds.

Location

Casa Luna is positioned 12 kilometers from the lively town of San Juan del Sur and is close to beautiful beaches such as Playa Maderas and Playa Majagual, which are popular for surfing and nearby cafes.

Please note that the coastal highway in front of the property is currently undergoing construction. This work is visible from the home, and access routes may change periodically. Construction noise and machinery activity will be noticeable during daytime hours until early November.

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay.

Additional Information

• Electricity usage includes 40 kWh per day; any excess consumption is charged at $0.50 per kWh. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out.
• A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to stay at Casa Luna due to the terrain. Assistance with booking a 4WD at a discounted rate is available.
• Rates are based on five guests. Additional guests beyond six will incur a charge of $25 USD per person, per night.
• A bilingual "meet and greet" service is offered to assist with arrangements, including vehicle rental.
