I booked Voilá for 4 nights for 24 people for the weekend of my wedding. I booked it for its’ location in Getsemaní & the beauty of the house. The staff was nice and attentive, the house was gorgeous, & the pool was refreshing. Everything was great except for the MOST IMPORTANT NIGHT of the weekend, hence the two stars. On the night before my wedding, there was a power outage at 9:38pm & didn’t return until 1pm the following day, the wedding day. For those 15 hours we did not have electricity, AC, nor water. Only the 1st floor of 5 had water. Now we understand that this incident was out of their control, HOWEVER, what is under their control is their preparedness. This is NOT the first time this has occurred at the house & yet they had NO backup plan. Nothing was done for us until after 8am when Angie found us rooms at another hotel. That's 10 hours with no sleep due to the heat,no water, no solutions & hardly a refund. In good conscience we can't fully recommend Voila. WE GOT SCREWED.

Voila's was an amazing stay, we had a group of 24 and we all were very comfortable and we still have lots of extra space. Perfect location, walking distance to the supermarket, Trinidad square and restaurants. We did have a few issues with the ac in room 103 leaking and a bug/ terminte issue both was addressed. George the chef make us a welcom dinner which was delicious and breakfast every morning was superb. Naomi was delightful and so accommodating and the manager Goody made us feel at home.

10 out of 10. Will recommend. From the breakfast, the staff, the security guard, the house manager and especially the concierge. Everyone was extremely helpful and great. We were a big group of 18 that rented the full house so it was very ideal

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and the location is super easy to get around Cartagena. The staff was very accommodating and we had 24/7 security and felt very safe. Heads up it is super loud on the street, so bring good ear plugs if you plan to sleep.

Overall a great stay. The Suite was amazing and the other rooms were comfortable as well. The personnel were all helpful and attentive, the food was delicious, and questions and requests were attended to. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Excellent accommodation We stayed at this place for a bachelorette party with 18 girls and it was an unforgettable experience. *Advantages:* - Very nice and comfortable common spaces to enjoy - Rooms with very good beds and bathroom, with daily cleaning service - Good Chef, highlighting ceviche and paella - Central and safe location, close to downtown Cartagena - Easy access to transportation for groups Unique detail The noise from one area to another is heard if there are loud people or you are sensitive to noise (they put plugs in the bathrooms) Overall, this place made our stay in Cartagena much more comfortable and enjoyable.
