The place is well located in the heart of the hotel zone. To improve, communicate with the host before arrival. After that, communication with the person in charge of the house was smooth.

Stayed for a bachelor party for four nights. Extremely welcoming host and accommodating once you get to the Airbnb. Communication was lackluster and spotty leading up to the stay. The gas station and taqueria close by was nice and very useful. The villa itself was perfect for a group of 10 guys. We opted in for the in house cook, but only for breakfast. The food was excellent and delicious! However, the pricing is misleading. The advertised price is for the service but you have to pay for groceries separately which ends up doubling the price per meal. Three meals minimum were required. The food was worth it though. The one weird thing was that the property manager showed up after breakfast every morning. If you are looking for complete privacy, don’t get the cook services. Also, the property manager asked for a tip at the end and wouldn’t leave until one was received.

By far, one of our favorite vacations spots. The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to everything important (grocery store, bus stop, shopping, gas station, pharmacy, etc). The one thing that we enjoyed more than anything was the staff. Suzie and Juan Jose are some of the most wonderful people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure that our family was comfortable and taken care of the entire time we were there. Suzie prepared the most delicious meals and made accommodations for everyone in our party. Her and Juan Jose are 100% the reason we will be back over and over again. The entire team worked well together and catered to our every need. This vacation will go down in the books as one of our best vacation spots because of the beautiful people that come with this rental property.

Everything was excellent, the truth is that my children were delighted, everything was very good and everything was very close, excellent to return to spend a nice vacation, the people who took care of us were super friendly

Great location and responsive hosts. Within walking distance to the hotel zone. There is a 24 hr gas station steps away and a few restaurants next to that. The location is quiet, private, and the view looked as advertised. Some furnishings were dated, especially the pool table. You can't put toilet paper in the toilets, it must go in the bathroom trash bin. Surprisingly, even in the warmer climate, there wasn't a smell so it wasn't a bad a experience.

Excellent stay. My family and I went and we really had a great time. Tania and Jose Luis are very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to the beach or to a bar. We will definitely go again!! 100% recommended
