The Space

Casa KaraMia offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms across multiple levels.

First Floor

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed and private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed
• Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with four twin-size beds
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, and double-sink vanity

• Living room with an exterior covered patio

Second Floor

Pool Heating

The pool can be heated to a comfortable 85°F for $155 per day. This fee covers gas expenses only, and no profit is made from the service.

• Pool heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay.
• Request pool heating at least two to three days before check-in.
• Payment is required before check-in, as heating cannot begin until payment is received.
• A separate bill will be sent for pool heating.

Guest Access

Self-check-in is available through keyless entry on the first floor.

Security Features

For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed in the following locations:

• Facing the backyard driveway
• Facing the back door and covering the pool area
• On the east side, facing the side street
• On the second-level terrace
• At the front door

The cameras temporarily record movement to help protect the property.

Pet Policy

Small pets are allowed with prior approval and a $150 nonrefundable fee. Approval is at the property’s discretion.

Pool and Outdoor Space Rules

• Keep sound levels at a manageable volume at all times, both indoors with open windows and outdoors.
• Please observe city and neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Do not bring food or glass onto the pool deck or into the pool at any time. No exceptions.
• Diving is not permitted. The pool depth is 5 feet at the deep end, 3.5 feet at the shallow end, and 10–14 inches on the Baja shelf.
• Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence.
• The deck becomes slippery when wet. Running is not permitted.
• A $500-per-day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
• Hot tub heating is complimentary from October through April.
• From May through September, the hot tub may be heated for $15 per hour, with a four-hour minimum.
