We had a fun birthday trip overall, but there were a few things future guests should know. The 5:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out made our stay feel a bit rushed, especially after receiving a checkout reminder the day before. The jacuzzi wasn’t what we expected, it didn’t have jets or bubbles, so it wasn’t the spa experience we were anticipating, although the host did offer to heat it for us. We also found a live roach inside one of the throw blankets, which was disappointing. Overall, the home worked for our group, but it didn’t feel as comfortable or cozy as we had hoped.
