Location

Our beautiful Gaviota houses provide a comfortable base for a Caribbean vacation. The property is located just 400 meters from the spectacular Playa Negra and only minutes from downtown Puerto Viejo, where you can experience the area’s authenticity and relaxed atmosphere.

The fully enclosed property is situated on the main street and accessed through an electric gate.

The Space

Casa Gaviota 2 is part of a property that includes another identical house, three suites with terraces, each with its own private entrance, and a laundry area for the cleaning staff.

The house features two bedrooms:

• Main bedroom with one king-size bed
• Second bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed with a double-size lower bunk and a single-size upper bunk

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, hot water, and air conditioning.

Guest Access

Guests have full and private access to Casa Gaviota 2 and all of its amenities, including the swimming pool, open kitchen, two bedrooms, outdoor lounge areas, and barbecue space.

Additional Information

Parking

Each house includes one indoor parking space and one outdoor parking space. If you arrive with more than two vehicles, additional vehicles must be parked on the street.

Drinking Water

Water is not potable in most places in the area. For this reason, one water container is provided per stay. Additional water can be purchased or refilled at the supermarket for approximately $8.

Quiet Hours

Because the property includes several accommodations and is located in a residential area, guests are asked to keep noise at a moderate level throughout the day. From 10:00 p.m. onward, volume must be kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests and nearby residents.
